Excellent service!!

I would like to thank Kojima さん for recommending us the bed and assuring us that this brand is good. And thank you for answering all our enquiries promptly and ensuring a smooth delivery.

Our delivery was supposed to come on the 23rd May but somehow the delivery didn’t come and the company decided to send their own staff to send our bed to us.

Due to our misjudgement of the size of our place’s elevator, the bed and its base couldn’t fit into the elevator. Due to this problem, the 2 men staff (forgot to ask for their names) had to carry them one by one up till the 8th floor. And they carry it all the way up without complaining at all and still put on a smiling face and apologising for the delay of the delivery. They even gave us a free bedsheet due to the delay.

We are really grateful and thankful for giving us such an excellent service. I would love to give them more than 5⭐ if i could.

とても素晴らしい接客で、満足した買い物ができました。
何点か迷っている商品がある中で、一つ一つ丁寧に説明して頂きながら長時間試す事ができたので、納得して購入する事ができました。

Sertaの方に行ったけど、店員からなんの声もかけられず、こっちに来たら試させてもらえました。
結局ここで購入することになりました。

近くにショウルームが出来て、気軽に見る事が出来るようになりました。

フェアに行って、ベッドとフレームを買いました。

サービスがとてもいいです

マットレスは他と比較しても最高ですが、
ベッドのボードにおしゃれなのが少ない💔残念。ホテルに使われることがほぼですから
ホテルは壁にボードが貼り付け。
ベッドメイキングしやすいように、だから、シーリーは選択肢が少ないらしいです。

接客や商品は良かったのですが、
客が試す用のはずのベットに、パソコンを置いて仕事をしている人がいました。

明らかに客じゃないよな・・・という風貌でしたが、そのベットも少し気になっていたのに、試せなくて少し残念でした。

また、説明を受けている隣で、大声で会議（？）をしている声が聞こえていました。

せめて見えない所でしてほしかったですが、ガッツリ見える所で仕事をされていました。

商品は良いはずなのに、空間としてはいまいちでした。

半年くらいしたら親のベットもシーリーで買おうと思っているので、親を連れてきた時には、改善されている事を祈ります。

ビル内にある、ショールーム。
ショールーム内には、１５～６台のベッドが置いてあります。
グレードだけでなく、マットの固さやベットの構造の違いが体験できます。
中に入ると、スリッパへの履き替えを進められます、なんでかな？と思っていたら、それぞれのベッドに寝転がらせてもらえるとの事。
実際に寝転がらせてもらえる事が出来たのでかなり勉強になりました。
