Imperial Hotel Osaka

Location is nice and quiet. You can take the free shuttle bus from Osaka station departure every 20 min. It takes a little while to find the bus stop. But it’s under the railway bridge.

One of the best service I’ve ever experienced in Japan. Staffs all good with English and well trained. I am glad to meet a trainee named Kim and she was very nice and professional.

The Snoopy room experience was wonderful. dream came true for long time snoopy fan. clean. and with great view.

I had a pleasant stay at the Imperial OSAKA. The hospitality is immaculate. I especially enjoyed the three recommended jogging trails along the Okawa River bank, bringing one to the old Mint, OSAKA castle and Sakura course, respectively.

The entire hotel is beautifully and tastefully designed and decorated. Even a fresh red rose in the elevators.

The rooms are quiet and comfortable. I compare this hotel to the Bellagio in Las Vegas. Even the motorized curtians and shades are similar. The glass enclosed shower bathtub combo is unusual. I really liked it. It felt like a "shower before the onsen" experience. My wife didn't like it. She prefers a standard enclosed shower stall. Amazing amenities and complimentary toiletries (the best.)

Excellent breakfast options: Buffet (international) or traditional Japanese set breakfast. Since we stayed here 2 nights, we were able to try both. The traditional Japanese breakfast was nice. Quiet, less busy and peaceful as there is a zen garden outside. Whereas rhe breakfast buffet is busy and hectic, but yet offers a beautiful view.

I would definitely stay here again, but in my own, without the tour.

Spacious rooms equipped with the latest tech, grandiose service as well as easy-to-use parking. Couldn't have hoped for more.

Had an amazing stay! The hotel screams luxury in every way. Big shoutout to the shuttle bus driver who rocked carrying our massive bags solo. Props to the friendly dude in the lobby, too, for being friendly and respectful even though we looked like messy travelers. The lobby art? Mind-blowing. Comfiest bedding ever, and the room view? Unreal! Pricey for us, but the experience totally justified it. One night felt like a splurge well spent!

Luxury hotel with super friendly staff, very convenient place, variety of restaurants, we really enjoyed our stay, there is a nice footpath along the river just below the hotel that you can take your cherry blossom photos there, 20 min walk you get to cruising boats.

I attended the "IMPERIAL JAZZ 2023" event.
It was a unique live performance experience that allowed attendees to freely move between live performances at four different venues within the hotel.
The event ran from 13:30 to 20:00, providing ample time to immerse oneself in the music, savor delicious food, and enjoy a variety of beverages. It was a wonderful opportunity to indulge in the trifecta of music, culinary delights, and refreshments.

The setting was exquisite, with a blend of excellent music, delectable food, and the perfect ambiance. It truly was a luxurious experience, offering a harmonious fusion of entertainment for the senses.

I didn't stay overnight at the hotel, so I can't provide feedback on it as an accommodation. However, the staff members at the entrance, lobby, and banquet hall were courteous and made the experience all the more pleasant.

Exactly what we expected from a 5 star hotel! Great service, very welcoming and helpful staffs, big and comfortable rooms and a beautiful view of the city and river below. We asked some questions with an email in English and they replied almost instantly. They have everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and if we needed anything else there area few convenience store nearby. We were slightly disappointed that there was a fee to use the gym and pools but it may be due to the room plan we chose which was the cheapest on the list, not sure if it may be free for the more expensive plans. The closest station is a small walk away (through the riverside garden and across a bridge) but free shuttle bus services are also available to and fro Osaka station which is more convenient.

One of the best hotel in Osaka, great location, great staff and truely an unforgettable experience

This hotel and its staff definitely understand what it takes to deliver 5 star service. Rooms are very well maintained with lots of amenities that are unique and useful. My friend and I both utilized the massage service that is arranged through the hotel and it was the perfect way to wind down after walking all day before getting some great sleep. The view we had from our room of the river was incredible and the rest of our interactions with staff were all very professional and courteous.

Old hotel but high grade equipments and service fallowing 5 star grade hotels.

Service that makes you feel like royalty and huge rooms with great views make this a very enjoyable place to stay.

I went there for a ball-room event I was hosting and it was beautiful ! Very traditional hotel and very woody taste mixed wirh modern. The ball room was very big and I loved the chandelier!! The setting and food was good too.
Probably one of the best place to organize large amount of people event in Osaka ! Staff was very nice too.

We had a really pleasant stay. The room and the bed were really big and a wonderful bathroom. All was clean and sparkling. The shuttle bus brought us a few times to the Osaka-station. The service was always nice and never get tired from greeting us friendly and heartwarming. Thank you for a great stay. We would love to come again in the future.

Simple yet very luxuriously showcased. Friendly English speaking staff. Fully stocked mini bar with an array of choices. Was awestruck with the silverware cutlery. The lady playing her violin during meals and a few minutes after that was soothing. Made my first trip to Japan so memorable. A must stay upon my next return ❤❤
