I ordered an Alpico taxi from the Hakuba Bus Terminal around 3pm. They have a branded phone just inside the entrance with a number system.

The operator spoke perfect English asking for my name and the number of my ticket then advised a taxi will be arriving in 10 minutes. The driver came within 10 minutes and located me easily by displaying my number on a small handheld whiteboard. Easy and efficient!

Great service but just be patient, allow plenty of time & go with flow. Owners speak enough english to understand where we needed to go and one of the drivers even came into the restaurant to confirm his arrival. Brilliant!

The only taxi service that actually answers the phone! Super grateful for them . We used their service 2 days & it was excellent!

いつも白馬エリアでお世話になっています。いつも丁寧で助かっています。最近はやや人手が足りないことも多いようで、少し迎えに時間がかかると言われることもありますが、早めに来ていただけることも多いです。運転も丁寧で雪道では特に安心して乗れるのがありがたいです。

Have called them twice and have been told pickup will be 10 minutes from call time twice. It has been 45 minutes and still no sign of a taxi. Absolutely unacceptable
