Keisui

Had a wonderful stay here in July 2024. The location is a bit remote, but the room is very spacious.

We stayed in a room with its own outdoor onsen. With the view, it’s simply a wonderful treat.

My partner and I stayed at Keisui 27/12/2023 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We came here after a week of skiing at Hakuba so we indulged in the Japanese style room with private onsen. The room was large but very cosy, we loved it. However, our favourite part of course was the private onsen which was incredibly relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful with organising our taxi the next morning and also offered a shuttle bus to the train station. Loved our stay at Keisui, thank you!

Room was big in Japanese style. Onsen was decent as well, got relax room and foot bath. Meals was nice with different kind of dishes as shown in pictures but not really tasty. Anyhow the grilled beef/ pork was good taste. Staff and Service were great. I sent email to inform the hotel that I don’t eat beef so they prepared pork for me.

Great location only minutes away from the nearest ski resort. Room was spacious and in-room onsen was a delight. Shower was "outside" with the rotenburo in our room, so if you only intend to shower it might be a bit chilly in winter. Overall, fantastic for the price.

Amazing hotel. Great value. Japanese and western style rooms with private baths. Free parking- amazing location to delicious food (highly recommend SHINO IZAKAYA around the corner), and hakuba ski facilities. Kind and helpful staff. Will be back!!

Very nice hot springs hotel with great amenities. Be careful though, you need to make reservations for dinner and most third party booking sites don't facilitate or even point that out.

Ryokan settings. Wore traditional Japanese robes for dining. Wonderful experience...

Overall very good!

Nice Hot spring!

Fantastic.

很喜歡跟家人一起聊天享受足浴。非常安靜，空氣很好。味增手撕杏鮑菇非常好吃。廚師自己調配的味增非常美味，本來想買一些帶回臺灣，可惜沒有販售。房間比較簡單，但是乾淨舒適。

鹿島槍のスキー帰りに1泊

部屋は川を望む景観が広がる部屋で広くてゆっくり出来ます。
食事はわかりやすい豪華さはないものの、一つ一つが丁寧に作り上げられ、本当に美味しかったです。

良い意味で事前の評価を裏切る再訪したい良宿です。

29・30日と部屋風呂＆朝ごはん付きで連泊させていただきました。

ここ最近色々なホテルや旅館に泊まって来ましたが、景水さんは頭一つ飛び抜けていました(^ ^)

お出迎えからスタッフさん達の笑顔溢れる接客対応、部屋の質感と雰囲気、部屋風呂からの綺麗な景色！
どれをとっても満足できました！

晩御飯は付かなかったので、どんな感じなのか次回の楽しみにとっておきます( ´艸｀)

集団での旅行で伺いました。
お部屋のお風呂がとにかく最高でした！
ご飯も美味しく、お酒がすすむー！

白馬という部屋に泊まらせてもらいましたが観光オフシーズンという事もあり、リーズナブルに最高を楽しめました！
角部屋で室内に露天風呂、星空を見ながら等、ロケーション最高、朝食夕食共に野沢菜やわさびにコシヒカリと現地の食材を沢山楽しめて良い旅行になりました。
また必ず来たい場所の1つになりました。

自分は一度泊まったホテルには再訪しない主義(感動が薄れるから)だが、こちらのホテルには2015、2018年と2度訪れた。山中にある割には清掃が行き届いていて、きれいなお部屋から川をながめてくつろげるから。それとカラオケが趣味の自分はクラブ「華」の美人ママさんに惹かれてしまう。酔っぱらいを親身に介抱する優しい人。残念ですがコロナ禍以降クローズしたままで、再開の予定がないらしい。
再開したらいつかまた訪れたい。
