Nakanoshima Park

This park seems to be popular among families with young children and athletes. There’s a lot of sitting areas and trees to provide shade from the sun. There weren’t a lot of roses in bloom, but I believe it would be beautiful during roses season. Nice to look at the sights, buildings, and a calm walk by the river.

Amazing collection of rose bushes from all around the world and through at least a century. Nicely landed and perfectly maintained in pretty good blooming even in early October and lots of new vegetation and blossoms. Roses planted by years of invention. Unspoken variety of colors, shapes and sizes. Convenient location close to business part of downtown. 20 min walk to Osaka Castle. Metro station (brown line) is very close.

Room is kinda small if you bought the cheapest one which is a compact twin room but if you got the others that are larger then you'd have a great time staying and honestly the amenities are just abundant! You don't need to bring anything and they'll provide it all tho whether high quality or not depends!

A lot of the staff working here actually do speak some English or Chinese and that has been a tremendous help. Regardless of whether they are a bell person or concierge or guest services or even the housekeepers!! Im amazed and they really do try their best to help you out. Unfortunately aside from the main lobby, the other outlets associated with the hotel, the other staff don't tend to speak basic English so there's that! Is it worth the price? I'd say so since I booked it from a third party app and its a 5 star hotel. They have a swimming pool and all but you have to pay about 6600 Yen to enter that and the gym etc. And there are way too many wings at this hotel. Great for big conferences but not so great for a private stay say for families.

I came during the Christmas month. This is a popular place to see lights. The theme for 2024 is Sea and Marine life.

Great little Riverside park that is bustling with families and teens. There is a Riverside Beer Garden for drinks, food and dessert and multiple areas to sit and relax along the riverbank. The little garden area can be explored which offers many different plants and trees.

My nephew says it's a great place to run. Long walk ways and great scenery. The park runs along the waterway. They have manicured grass areas with trees. There are also statues and monuments to see as well.

Was so amazing to see such a variety of roses. There were so many types of roses of different colours. Highly recommended place to go if you love flowers. There are restaurants as well if you want to have a nice meal watching the rose garden. And most importantly entrance is Free...

Nakonoshima Park is nice at day, but its secret feature starts at night. It's a great place if you want to take some night photos of skyscrapers reflecting in the water. It's a safe place (camera surveillance everywhere), you will meet athletes training, people walking their dogs and young couples having some "private" time.

I stayed at a nearby hotel (the Royal Park), and this was a nice place to go for a walk or just sit and be quiet. Plenty of people, but it's amazing how quiet and serene it is.

This park is an utopia for me. A peaceful park right between two of osaka's hotspots (shinsaibashi and umeda) but it's s9 clean, oeaveful and beautiful. People do picnic, dance, took photos, take a nap, paint and enjoy life here.

Nice - rose garden is beautiful, food a lờ little overpriced but the whole area has a lovely atmosphere at night. A little oasis from the stress in the big city…

Spend my Xmas Holiday to enjoy the light up event in here. The entire event was just gorgeous! Started with the cityhall. They set the one part of the building with laser video. Then, you walk by the river and will found lots of Xmas yatai and the entire trees were set up with beautiful lighting. The lighting keep changing followed the music that non stop playing the xmas song.

You then need to cross the bridge to find another event which allow you to buy small lantern and hang it onto the tree. You could draw the lantern by yourself. At the center of the park, they have hug snowman that lighted up as well.

To enjoy the event, you could find street live music as well❤

Lovely to be here while it was not that crowded. Waterfront park is one of my favourite place so to have this huge park nearby is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery!

An absolutely beautiful place to visit in the warmer months. Situated in the middle of the river makes it a great place to relax and have a picnic. It can get pretty busy with it being one of the few places in Osaka with actual green grass.

The rose garden itself is also really nice when it’s in bloom. There are also places to eat nearby and coffee shops etc. Overall it’s just a lovely place in the city that feels like a small escape from the city.

Great if you live roses but have to get your yearly timing right. Good for dogs. Big grass area.

Very peaceful park with people from all aspects of life interacting with each other. There are children playing at the playground, people eating their meals in the serene environment and people just enjoying the amazing flowers.

It's beautiful well maintained rose garden in the middle of the city of Osaka. You can hangout, picnic with family, friends here. There is a lot of food truck also. When I came, there's so many food truck sell burger. This garden is surrounded by river. In the west side of the garden, there are some restaurants and I think it can be used for special events like wedding.

It’s nice park. We ‘ve visited rose garden. It’s beautiful garden with many types of rose flowers. Beginning of May is the right time to visit. Flowers are full bloom.
