Yahataya Shopping Street

Haven't given this place much credits though I live nearby. Without this shopping street residents around here need to go further to shop. So I'm encouraging people to go here. Many local restaurants and even pop-up delicacy are selling hot here.

This picture was from the long new year holiday so that's why it's pretty empty it's not dotonbori namba or tsutenkaku shinsekai. which are very crowded.
There's a supermarket "super national yahataya" grocery store, seria, and many little shops that are kind to people who can't speak Japanese. Very kind people here.

This one is pretty neighbourly with the people nearby to buy. Many cheap stuff you can get here through the day. People say this place looks like from showa era which is from 1926-1989. This place and the people running it should be proud of it.

Very close to yawataya bus station and Closest station is asashiobashi.

I love the window glass mural, but lemme look for the picture later.

Nice place to explore with lots of cheap stores and credit card friendly. They are also near the park to unwind.

とっても素敵な地元の商店街！この時代にもしっかり営業されてる色んなお店があってとっても便利だし温もりを感じます。まさに地域の宝。このような商店街があるのはとても嬉しいです。うどんや粉物の飲食店他、スーパーマーケット、お菓子やさん、100円ショップ、コスメ店などなど色々なお店があります。素晴らしいです。

ずっと地元暮らしで
子供のから有る、自分にしてみれば
当たり前にある商店街です
昔と比べると、人の出はかなり少なくなり
シャッターになってるところも増えましたが
最近では新しいお店(特に飲食店)が少しづつ増えていってます
まだ行ったことのないお店が沢山あるので
時間のある時に行ってみようと思ってます( *´꒳`*)

昔ながらで
あじのある店もいろいろ新しいところも
賑わいが少しなくなりましたが

王将のうどん屋のカレーうどん、肉うどん、天ぷらうどん❗美味しい

そこのたこ焼き🐙も味つきのたこ焼きで美味しいですね😃

昭和感ある商店街、昔ながらのお店が沢山あります。
昭和の日本人が息づく、日本人らしい光景が沢山。

店の数は昔に比べると随分減ってしまったが老舗の並ぶ心強い商店街。

ザ昭和。看板のフォント、ステンドグラス、中央広場の屋根のデザイン、レトロ感満載。

昔からの活気のある商店街。地域に愛されてます！
