滅多にないですが体調不良の時と予防接種で毎年お世話になってます。受付の方はいつも優しく対応も良いです。先生も優しくて良い病院です。

忙しいのは分かるが、受付の人に声をかけると、とてもめんどくさそうに対応される。

ともだちがここに行きましたが、授乳中と伝えているのに授乳中飲めない薬を出す、連絡すると交換するからきてくれと、そしてお会計間違ってまたきてくれと。そしてまたまたお会計間違い、またきてくれと。そもそもなんで向こうの間違いでこちらが再度行かないといけないのか連絡すると、こちらが行きます、と言ってそれっきり。
あと、検査結果を連絡するので必ず電話にでてください、と言われたので、育児中手が離せないときもあるので、そのときは折り返します、と言うと、なんで電話に出れないですか？出れるでしょ？とすごい剣幕で怒られる。電話に出れない理由も説明してるのに頭ごなしに出れないことはない、と言われた。全ての対応がひどすぎる！！もう二度と行かないとのこと。星いちもつけたくないけど、ゼロがないので泣く泣くイチで評価だがイチモつけたくないです。

看護師さんや先生の対応は良心的なのですが、受付のムラタの対応が不人情すぎます。
もったいない。
二度と行きません。
