2980yen for one person to design a pair of takoyaki, pair of sushi, or one parfait. My family made 1 set takoyaki, 1 set sushi and 2 parfait. Takoyaki and sushi can be key chains or magnets. Key chain is hard to attach by yourself the day after, recommend just getting magnet which they attach for you. Parfait is a note peg. Finished products take one to two days to dry. We had lots of fun, both kids and adults. Kids are 6yo and 10yo, it's easy enough for 6yo yet interesting and challenging enough for adults. Total class is about 30mins to 45mins. Interesting and unique experience. Highly recommend if you have kids who enjoy hands on craft and like hand made souvenirs. Lady guiding us was adequate in her instructions, which was quite foolproof. Box for parfait is quite bulky, container for sushi and takoyaki are smaller, might want to consider this if you are trying to travel light.

Unique experience that you'll probably only find in Japan. We did the salmon and tuna magnets which took about 30-40 minutes to complete. A unique item to take home and put on the fridge. I would recommend that you book ahead as the shop is quite small and there is limited seating.

This was so much fun! My daughter and I both made takoyakis. We each got two and were given the materials to make them into key chains once dried. We loved doing this for souvenirs for our friends. They also had others foods to make like pastries, sushi, and a child's bento box. Plus, there were so many other amazing things to purchase in their store. The staff was very friendly and gave excellent directions even though we don't speak Japanese. We'll be bringing our friends here when they come to visit.

I took the sushi making course and it was great! It seemed easy at first, but in reality it isn’t. Precision and designing skills are crucial in this 30-minute course. The staff was really friendly and helpful too! Overall, it was definitely worth the price.

If artisan plastic food is even remotely interesting, there is no better place in all of Japan to browse these wares. Wonderful cheap magnets and keychains, as well as jaw dropping works of art. Check the website for a handy schedule of daily classes where you can drop in and make your own tiny food -- it runs around three or four times each day.

I had a great time with my friends making these at the class they offered! It was challenging but fun and the man who taught us was very sweet. The store itself is a very cute and cozy store. I would definitely do it again given the opportunity!

Fun place to buy and make fake food like what is used in restaurant displays. You don't have to make an appointment to do the craft class. There are different time slots, one where you can make sushi or bento models and another where you can make sweets like parfaits. The staff don't speak a lot of English but they demonstrated things fairly clearly and were helpful and friendly. A fun and unique experience!

Sooooo much fun! Found out about this from a YouTube video (rawr) and it's a blast. Come buy unique souviners here. Take the "make your own fake food" experience where you can make your own (takoyaki, nigiri or a parfait bowl) that you get to keep after.

I came in to make fake sushi through one of their classes and it was amazing. Despite the class being geared towards kids, I think they see a lot of tourists come through so it's not hard to sit down and make. I didn't need a reservation, just make sure you show up 15 min before the class start and take a look at what classes are being taught when.

Little pricey but very fun. Took the course on Takoyaki making too. Nice lady helping us with the making. She knows a bit of English but not very fluent.

Such a cute and fun place! A bit expensive, but you HAVE to buy some sort of fake food item when you visit!

Good experience for those who has sometime to spare. Encourage couples to come and spend a short hour to experience making sample food together.
