Toho Cinemas Umeda

I wanted to watch a movie since I had some free time in Osaka. I couldn't find the english version on their website, but I was able to find an english movie and its timing.
The Kiosk machines at the cinema had english as well, so it took me only around 5 mins to get my tickets.
The cinema was overall clean and staff would help you out with any questions also.

When a foreigner visited and watched a movie, I was embarrassed because the payment was made twice due to a credit card problem. I was able to solve the problem with the help of the movie manager. It was playing in theater 9, so I should have moved to a different building, but the manager took me there before the movie started. I was so touched by your kindness and consideration. Thank you!

Amazing cinema! The system is very easily understood if you cannot read Japanese.
There's no break in the movies and it's expected that you sit through the credits, so don't be surprised when everyone keeps seated during the credits.
They have plenty English-spoken movies with Japanese subtitles, so as a tourist, you'll be able to watch the movie.

Tickets are bought from the machine, so no queueing delay involved. The counter that sells cinema food is pretty qualified as well, food and service. No overbooking experienced. Although it's a popular cinema, it is almost for japanese people only, as movies in english subtitles are not a priority and is less available.

Great Experience for a movie session... Easy to assess, different spots for ticketing, meal/drink purchases... Cool, calm and comfortable cinema...

Clean, spacious, and great location. Can get a bite to eat before or after just down the stairs.

Very busy but always clean . I like the positions of seats at Osaka station Cinema but this theater has better deals

Largest theater I have ever been in. It was like a concert hall. 733 seating capacity.

I watched Batman vs Superman. Ben Affleck isn't as good as Christian Bale.

スクリーン3のK列14番で「名探偵コナン 100万ドルの五稜星」鑑賞しました。
強いていうならポップコーンがすぐに湿気ったかなと思った程度で、大きな不便もなく、快適に鑑賞できました。
駅からのアクセスもよく、1つ下のフロアでご飯を食べれるので、便利です。
今ならHEPでコナンコラボしているのでコナンファンは下のフロアに降りてみるのをおすすめします。
また見に行きます。
