Actually one of the best hotels in osaka and great location. Only issue is the specific street it's on does have a few uhh night.. 18+ places.. but it's outta the way so it's fine to go with family.

Really nice spacious rooms for the price. Location is about a 15 minute taxi ride from downtown Osaka but the hotel has a bunch of small restaurants and convenience stores around it. It’s a bit of a ‘red light district’ so don’t be thrown off by people approaching you about party’s or massages. We got a room for 4 people and the room layout was really cool with 2 bunk beds, kitchen and a WASHING MACHINE!!!!

Very clean and nice place to stay during our trip there. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Thankfully the two ladies staff were able to communicate with us in Mandarin.
Location is good with lots of stalls within walking distance.
Will definitely going to book this place again.

in 2018 i had to cancel my trip because KASAI was flooded. The Hotel was very friendly and sent me a full refund.
I took my trip to Japan eventually in 2019 and started here. The staff was friendly and the rooms very nice and simple.

Not sure what the deal was with the shivering cold rooms when we first checked in but the location and amenities are all very convenient down to the local eateries.

Well located, new and clean. Service is good. There is a mobile you can use for GPS and finding about the city of Osaka. You can actually take the mobile out while discovering the city.
