Nishinomaru Garden - Osaka Castle

It’s an amazing place to enjoy the hanami season and welcome in Spring. The crowds can get large, but it is a beautiful walk to share in the experience with others who wish to enjoy their day! It is a a great public space that I will make time to take a stroll when I find the time.

On our way back from the Osaka castle we visited the Garden and it definitely was very refreshing. Large trees, a big patch of rich green grass and a lot to walk and enjoy. Get off the beaten path and go close to the castle most and you can find some benches where you can park and enjoy some amazing views around the castle and in the garden.

Very peaceful and refreshing while you as well get to add to your step count for the day which essentially equates to a mental and physical well being altogether.

Definitely worth a visit!!!

Beatiful castle and it was great to visit the castle inside also. The line to visit the castle is long but we only waited for about 10 min. There are a lot history introduction about the case inside of the castle and good view of Osaka from the top of the castle.

Great spot to take a load off! We went at a peak time for Osaka castle just before lunch and it was packed, thousands of tourists everywhere we came to this garden to read and we were the only ones here. It's not so much a garden as it is a park but there are a huge amount of benches to sit and relax on. We sat facing the main tower with a great view, definitely recommend bringing a book, some food and chilling out

Nice place to make a good picture of osaka castle. Use the reflections kf the water to do so.

Really beautiful but gets crowded quickly. Best thing to do is get there early (7 or 8 am), can stroll the around the grounds whiles it’s peaceful and see the Castle before it gets too crowded.

It always odd when you have sucha beautiful space completely ignored by hordes of tourists next door. This is a must visit.

I used Osaka Amazing Pass and really worthed! after walking a round on osaka castle, I could take a rest on the grass or seat that available there. And you could take a photo with osaka castle on your back.

Being there in the cherry blossom season added to the beauty of the river and the castle. To my mind, that's the best time to go.

The best place to take photo of the Osaka castle with cherry blossoms around. There are some food trucks nearby which makes it convenient to have a hanami/picnic session. Great place for Photoshoot and relaxation

Seeing the cherry blossoms in March 4th 2022 was an extremely beautiful experience. I will be back next year!
