NEDOCO OSAKA West

There is no staff here and the online staff who help you at check in are remote from somewhere else in the world and are very unhelpful outside of being able to check you in.

We organised to have luggage sent from our previous hotel to Nedoco and because there are no staff here the luggage could not be dropped off and now we can’t get our luggage back

Update - hotel got in touch and helped us out and we got our luggage back, TY.

Definitely will re-book if I'm about to visit Universal Studio Japan, Nara, Wakayama, Kishi Station, etc. Very spacious and lots of high tech amenities (exhaust and ventilation, bath heater, lamp, etc). Also, it's very quiet although there was a building demolition during our stay. Very near and barrier free from subway and JR Nishikujo. Walking distance from mini market, famous food chains, and lamb yakitori restaurant. There's a coin laundry for clothing and shoe in the building's 1st floor, opens 7AM - 11PM.

Very clean and modern room. Close to the station and USJ. Many convenient stores and small izakayas nearby. No staff, everything was done remotely and digitally. First time experience checking in into a hotel over a conf call Zoom style! Check in staff was WFH 😁

Very good hotel with spacious room, clean equipment, reasonable price and great location as well as services. Check out time is 10 am and that can be a point for future improvements, besides that, everything was great. Highly recommended.

Clean room, very modern. Great security provisions. Luggage rack in foyer for pre-checkin and post checkout. Great location right near a loop line station.

It’s a great place to stay while you’re in Osaka. It’s really close to convenient store: FamilyMarts, Lawsons and place to eat. You can found small ramen shop and yakitory place. They’re not my favorite but it’s ok. You can rent a bike hourly or daily. The staffs ate awesome! The building and the room itself is really clean and homey. Enjoy!

Is a hotel converted from a typical japanese apartment building. Studio flat type with kitchen. Bath and toilet with separate door.

Clean, spacious, secure, convenient. Great place to stay if going to Universal.

Close to USJ, and spacious room size, high recommend!

距離車站非常近，車站月台少。要通往環球的月台會有很明顯的指標。
民宿check in可選擇日文或英文，主要是要核對護照，好了就給大門及房門密碼。
民宿附近餐廳多、超商、超市、也有當地的藥妝店，生活機能相當好，有個晚上我們去超市買了海鮮牛肉回來煮，便宜又好吃！

房間大小比期待中還好 又有小廚房 烹飪工具應有盡有 （但油與調味料要自行到附近的超市購買） 雖然備品只準備一次 中間不會補充 但覺得CP值很高

這次大阪之旅因為有規劃環球影城的行程，所以選擇西九条的NEDOCO OSAKA West，整體感覺非常舒適，房間很大，很乾淨，附設有冰箱跟微波爐，還有電磁爐跟餐具，就算要自己開伙也不是問題，樓下就有自助洗衣機，離車站、超市、便利商店超級近，周遭環境非常安靜，服務人員也非常親切，下次來大阪還會入住這裡，謝謝妳們親切的招待，謝謝

방이 매우 깨끗하고 동네가 조용해요. 아울러 전철역이 가까워서 매우 편리합니다. 근처의 대형 수퍼에서 식재료를 사서 해먹을 수도 있고 호텔보다 어팔트먼트가 여러모로 나아요...

あとのアメニティは何も無いです

ヘアアイロンの貸し出しなどあれば良かった

消臭スプレーがあるのは良かった
掃除機もあり綺麗を保てる

清潔感のある部屋
ベッドルームとレストルームキッチンなどとし切れるのが良い
冷蔵庫はありますが、何も入ってないです
お水など入ってると嬉しかったな

必要最低限揃えてくれてるので不満は無いですよ

USJに近く西九条駅から本当に徒歩2分です
かなり便利
駅の周辺に居酒屋、たこ焼き屋、すき家、ラーメンうどん屋等など沢山あり事足ります
バスも近い

梅田などにもアクセスしやすく
コスパがすごく良かった

値上がりせずにいて欲しい
また数年後利用したいと思う
宿はとても静かで、私どもの子供たちが騒いで申し訳なかった

USJ만 바라보고 여기서 2박을 예매했는데 너무 대만족이에요 !!!!! 방 넓고, 3명이 쓰기에 아주 충분해요. 주방도 따로 있고 조리기구도 있어서 요리해 먹기 좋고요.

침대 스프링이 불편하다는 말도 많던데, 전 전혀 불편하지 않았어요. 숙소가 위치도 좋고 깔끔해서, 다음에도 가족여행 온다면 여기서 묵고 싶습니다!

체크인은 비대면인데, 영어랑 일어 중 하나를 고를 수 있고 영어를 고르면 외국인 상담자분과 화상통화 연결됩니다! 크게 어려운 영어 아니라서 쉽게 소통 되지만, 영어 어려워하시면 체크인이 어려울 것 같아요.

ユニバーサルから数駅の西九条駅から近く、とても綺麗な建物です。お風呂も深く、ゆっくりとつかれます。キッチン、冷蔵庫、レンジ、ドライヤーなども揃っていて便利でした。洗濯機はないですが、下の階にコインランドリーがあります。エレベーター完備なのて、スーツケースやベビーカーも大丈夫です。ネットも問題なく使えました。

附近很多燒鳥跟串燒店 外面很多抽煙的人
離車站超近 房間超大 乾淨 應有盡有 環球的飯店被訂光來西九條也不賴. 附近因為居酒屋眾多 橋下的環境比較髒 我走著走著就踩到痰....所以有小朋友要小心. 入住時如果選英文等太久可以改用日文，英文也是都能通的，主要就是透過平板拍護照的手續.

가족여행으로 묵었던 숙소였습니다. 최고의 경험이었습니다. 청결상태 주변환경 교통의 접근성 모두 별 5개 입니다. 가족 여행객들에게는 시끄럽고 번잡한 도톰보리, 오사카역 주변보다 10000% 더 추천합니다. 니시쿠조역에서 USJ는 완벽한 위치이며 오사카역, 도톰보리 접근성도 최고입니다. 나라도 다녀왔는데 나라도 한시간 이내로 다녀왔습니다! 주변에 음식점도 많고 라이프 슈퍼마켓도 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 다음번에도 이용할 예정입니다. 강추합니다!

連廚房都有，三分鐘有在地超市（東西超便宜～～要買回來煮！）門口斜對面有便利商店，車站也只要三分鐘，如果要去環球影城可以免費寄放行李！cp質超高！旅行推薦👍👍👍
