Central spot for those staying around the Dotonbori area to send your luggage to, if your hotel or airbnb does not offer luggage services! The employees understood basic English + hand signals but we managed to communicate better with google translate! My group used Yamato throughout our 2 week trip to send our big luggages across 4 cities - the form may be a bit daunting to fill up but the translate app saved us - not entirely sure if we filled up the form correctly but hey, all of our luggages were delivered throughout Japan. Certain that they are reliable.

営業終了直後にも関わらず対応してくださいました。しかもアプリの発送伝票作成に手間取り迷惑をかけたにもかかわらずとても親切に素敵な笑顔で対応に感謝です！

関東に戻る際に、スーツケースを送るのに使わせてもらいました。
営業所に入る所で、男性スタッフさんが挨拶をしてくれて、受付のお姉さんもかなり丁寧に笑顔で対応してくれました。
また近くに来た際に使わせてもらいたいです！

お陰様で気持ちいいスタートです。

私が持ち込みした日は当日発送の集荷締切は18:45くらいでした。
忙しそうな中にも関わらず、とても親切にスタッフの方が色々と教えてくれました。

日本橋駅　黒門市場周辺に位置してとても利用しやすいです。但し日曜日は営業しておりません。

スタッフ皆さん親切です^ ^見かけただけでも、挨拶してくれますし。よく使わせて貰ってます。

メルカリの商品を発送しようと商品だけ持って行きましたが、箱から梱包材から全て忙しい中
、しっかり対応して頂きました😊🙌また機会があれば絶対行きます！
