If you are a foreigner and you’d like to get your luggage delivered to your next hotel, this is the place to go! They can have it delivered on a specific date of your choosing. The woman who helped us was wonderful and incredibly professional. She didn’t speak any English, but that didn’t stop her from giving us amazing customer service. 10/10 would recommend this service.

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, polite, and went out of her way to help me forward my luggages to my next hotel and fill in the form. She had an English cheat sheet handy and used google translate to assist with the non-standard questions. Yamato has always transported my luggages safely and on the expected time.

Love the convenience that Yamato transport has brought to our travel in Japan. You can get them to assist with sending the luggage from one hotel to another in advance so you don’t have to lug your luggages around, especially up and down the subway metro.

However, I think they should give a bit more care to the handling of luggages as mine came back with multiple scratches and torn areas. It might have been due to their transport partners/drivers.
