APA Hotel Namba-Shinsaibashi

Highest impression on service mind from front and reception team during my one night stay over 8-9 Jan 2024 especially Mon 9th team due to one of our team forgot stuff at Iseshi the day before and they help coordinate with previous hotel and Yamato Transport to sent us on time.

Also the location is very good to access all prime shopping and nice restaurant all day all night.

Recommend to visit and experience this hotel.

Everything is good. Service is very fast. Check in, check out is within 7 minute.
Room's size conform to the price which is ok.
You can drop your luggage at hotel and go out for walking along shinsaibashi gate for shopping before flight time, and come back to get it for departure.

Staff are nice and very helpful. They allowed us to change rooms from smoking to non smoking since we booked it on error. We have to wait for a day though to have an availability for a non smoking room but still they were so nice about it. They also lend us an adapter socket and even stored our luggage for free. Walking distance from the famous dontonburi and close to a lot of food establishment. Will definitely come back here.

I've stayed at 4 different APA locations when traveling Japan, and have always had a great experience as a solo traveler. For someone who spends most of their day out exploring and only needs a place to sleep and shower, this budget hotel is perfect for that. Great location for walkability to metro stations as well as Dotonbori, restaurants, and more. Front desk were extremely helpful, allowed to hold luggage during arriving before check in, as well as hold luggage if you have a later flight and still want to spend some extra time before departing after check out. APA will continue to be my go-to hotel when traveling Japan again!

The rooms were small as expected. It is a smoking allowed hotel so the rooms do smell of cigarettes. Beds were comfy and the room was decently clean. Service was phenomenal!

The hotel located in a very good location with reasonable price. The room is quite small but comprehenable due to the location. The staffs were nice and helpful. You can leave your luggage before checkin and after check out.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times because of its price and the keep it fairly clean. I've seen multiple families book this hotel but the hotel is cheap for a reason. It's like in the middle of all these adult entertainment venues. I don't think the families realized this when booking.

Within walking distance of the Dotonbori, it's not a bad spot to choose if you are willing to fight the crowns at night.

I'm sure most tourists have feedbacks regarding the room but since we've researched the matter then we understood it beforehand how compact the place would be.

The place is ideal for tourists who want to have a quiet ambience while visiting active places such as Dotonbori coz the hotel is situated near the entrance of Dotonbori whicj may take you 10-15mins walk going to the main Dotonbori area.

The fact that it's close to Dotonbori makes it a perfect spot to stay.

Nice micro hotel, they always clean the bathroom without us asking always have fresh towels and near all the restaurants and stores will surely come back again.

Services are great from the staff members. Very friendly, polite & helpful staff. The room is neat, tidy and comfortable. The room size is small, but this is Japan Size which is normal. Short walk to all the shops, shopping centre and train station.

APA Hotel offers small rooms, but that is expected in Japan. The rooms have everything expected from a hotel. You might need to ask for extra towels, but the front desk is very nice and will provide them without any hesitation. The beds are great and comfy. It is also conveniently located next to Dontonburi, about a 5 minute walk, and about a 10 minute walk to the subway station. Would stay at this hotel again while visiting Japan.

We were provided all necessary electrical appliances for our stay. The assistant were really nice to let us leave our luggage before our check-in time. We also have a pantry next to our room for our convenience.

Very clean and cozy .comes with basic essentials like toothbrush , toothpastes and razor. Less then a 5 minute walk to all the popular food spots and my all time favorite Don quijote.

Stayed here for two weeks and it's really well located near Dotonbori so there's no shortage of places to eat and drink.
Had an issue with my fridge not working so staff relocated me to another room. But that new room was next to the elevator and I could hear it going up and down! So I asked to move back to my original room.
Staff were very accomodating and polite. After a day out and about, came back and saw they swapped out my faulty fridge! Commendations to the staff for doing that without being asked, another example of Japan's quality customer service.
There is a great ramen place called Bokkoshi literally across the road which made late night meals a non-issue.
Definately would recommend if you want a good hotel right in the heart of Shinsaibashi.

just another chain hotel with rather small rooms - but clean, modern

The hotel was in a quiet part not far from Namba Station and right near Dotomburi. The room was spacious and clean each day. We didnt spend a lot of time in Osaka but the APA hotel and staff made us feel at home. Will be coming back VERY SOON!

Small for big guy but everything else is ok good room in Osaka , easy to walk to train station people are nice , but no smoking area in hotel , place are very nice

Cheap hotel in Shinsaibashi area. Good service, neat room with complete amenities & bathub.
