The waiter had an excellent and patient attitude, helping me pick and try on cycling shoes. It was the best bike gear store during my trip to Kansai.

The best bicycle shop with the best prices and the best accommodating staff in Osaka. English is below average (not surprising) but understandable.

I was searching all over Osaka as I needed some bits for my Bianchi
Bekkuon was the only place that had it.
Amazing range of everything you could need for your bike,
inc tools, saddles, baskets, you name it they have it.
Highly recommended and very happy.

This shop has a wide selection of bicycle accessories/parts which I don’t see in the other 4 bicycle shops within 1km walking distance. Happy to find the Cateye rear light model I was looking for.

I had my bike registered for anti-theft. The staff were very kind, they have a lot of stuff in their store.

久々に伺いました。
大阪市の中心にあって大阪市内で勤務されている方ならとても寄りやすい場所だと思います。また、店舗内に駐輪場を備えている点は市内ではとても貴重なポイントだと思います。

とにかくスタッフさんが親切で、入りやすいお店だと思いました。ネット通販されていない？ためか、ネットでは入手できない商品も結構見つかります。
バイクフィッティングまでして貰えるので、長くお付き合いできる良い店舗ではないでしょうか？（近隣にワイズロードさんがありこちらも悪くはないですが、ここはスタッフさんが忙しすぎるのか、ちょっとした相談などしづらく感じます）

偶然近くに用があったので、伺いました。
最初はシルベストのような雰囲気をイメージしていましたが、ワールドサイクルの実店舗ということを忘れていました(笑)
特価品が多く、特価品でない商品でも某ネット通販より安い商品も！
また、現金をあまり持ち合わせておらず、特価品だったウェアを取り置きしていただきましたが、とても気さくな店員さんでした。
商品について質問してもとても詳しく答えてくださいました。
また、連れは自転車業界で働いているのですが、10%offにしてもらっていました。
安いし、対応もいいですし、在庫も多いですし心からオススメするお店です！

いつも自転車のメンテナンスでお世話になります。
ロードバイクの最近調子が悪くなってきたため、点検してもらいました。
職人さんがとても丁寧にメンテナンスをしてくれ、自転車の状態をわかりやすく説明してくれました。
また、平日にも関わらずすぐに見てくれたため、とても助かりました。

こちらでバイクフィッテイングをして頂きました。店長の金森さんが丁寧に色々と説明してくれて、とても分かりやすかったです。
ハンドルバーとステム、クリートの交換をしましたが、お値段も安くてびっくりしました。工賃もいつも行ってるショップより安いから、これからはこちらでお世話になろうかな。
