Raffles Medical

We are from Singapore for a long 12days holiday. Due to the changing weather, my wife got flu and sore throat. We got an appointment to this clinic via AssistCard by Starr insurance. Most of them don’t speak English (as expected) but they uses a dedicated voice translation machine. The location is more atas than the Paragon medical center. The reception and doctor are very gentle and caring to my wife’s need. Since it is handled by insurance, we don’t need to pay anything. But we still need to pay for the medication next door but it is like SGD$13. We went there before reading the review here as we have no choice as arranged by insurance but as of May 2024, my wife said it is of higher standard than a local GP in Singapore. FYI, the AssistCard arrangement process via WhatsApp is very slow and needs. Total elapsed time of 90mins. So please be patient and don’t expect “immediate” walk-in.

I met the kindest, most attentive and gentle dermatologist today. I was very worried after reading the reviews from other persons who had experiences with other dermatologists in Japan. This dermatologist was so eager to help and i believe that she was thorough in her examination. She does not speak English. However, I was assured of the assistance of an English speaking nurse when i made the appointment. That nurse was also very kind and helpful. The environment is very clean and hospitable. This is my first day receiving the medication so I will comment on the effectiveness later. Thank you guys for a great experience.

This was the best medical experience I have had in Japan. The nurses were polite and professional, but were also patient and laughed at my stupid jokes. The Japanese doctor spoke English well and totally changed my opinion of doctors here. He treated me like a person, and actually listened to my concerns. He didn't throw pills at me, but rather explained the pros and cons of each treatment. I would recommend this clinic to both my Japanese and foreign friends, and I'll continue coming here. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped.

Beautiful Medical Center. English speaking staff and doctors and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes.

Acudí a la Clínica a través de mi seguro de viajero, la ubicación de la clínica es muy buena porque está cerca de una estación del metro. La atención desde que llegamos fue excelente, las enfermeras se apoyan de un dispositivo de traducción multilenguaje, en especial la que me atendió a mi fue muy cálida y amable. El Dr excelente, habla bien inglés y es sencillo darse a entender, ingrese por un problema en la orina, me hicieron un examen de orina, y luego un eco para saber cual era mi problema. La medicina que me dio el doctor fue atinada y resolvió mi problema a la brevedad. La recomiendo altamente para extranjeros. Heymondo se encargo de todo el pago y nosotros no tuvimos que desembolsar ni un yen.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich wurde während meines Aufenthaltes in Japan krank. Ich habe eine Arztpraxis gesucht und bin auf die RafflesMedical aufmerksam geworden. Ich wurde herzlich von den Damen an der Rezeption angehört und bekam am selben Tag einen Termin. Die Ärztin war ebenfalls sehr nett und kompetent. Ich empfehle diese Praxis sehr ! 他の方の残念な評価がありますが、個人的には気持ちよく健診受けれましたよ！自分がかつて健診施設で働いてたからよく分かりますが、結構慌ただしい仕事の中、皆さんにこやかでした。特に女性の放射線科技師さん感じが良かった〜(￣▽￣)

健康診断で利用してます。テキパキ感が病院とはちがうところ。時間かけたくないので助かります。終わるともらえる2000円のチケットで、いつも美味しいパンを買って帰るのが定番です。

会社の健診で利用しました。受付、看護師さんの案内は普通だと感じました。最後、女医さんと問診がありますが可愛かったです。

ハービスPLAZAの4階、西梅田クリニックモール内にある病院です。
とにかく綺麗でびっくりしました。

スタッフさんは見た限り若い女性の方がほとんどでした。（20~30代くらい）
医師も見た目が30代前半くらいの女性の方です。
どのスタッフさんも清潔感があり、場所に迷っている人には直ぐに声掛けしたりととても親切な印象を受けました。
健診もスムーズで待ち時間無く直ぐに終えることが出来たので良かったです！
（基本的な検診だけだと、25～30分程度で終わります）
評価が低めで心配でしたが、とても良い病院でした。

検診していただいた皆さんは優しくてテキパキされていました、受付の方は冷静な感じです。口コミを見ると心配でしたが私が行った日は看護師さん皆さん素敵な方でした。採血の際、不安な事を口にすると優しく話を聞いてくださりリラックスさせて下さいました。検診の違いかランチクーポンがなく少し残念でした笑

レディース検診を受けました
口コミが悪いので心配でしたが、何ひとつ不満点はありませんでした
普通の病院なら各検査ごとにある待ち時間もなく、サクサク検査が進み、2時間弱で終わりました。
あえて一つ言うなら、女性は検査着の上に何か羽織る物が欲しいです。

人間ドックで伺いました！

看護師さんもテキパキと動いて、はい次、はい次！！という感じであっという間に終わりました😊

最後の先生の問診も寄り添いながら色々聞いてくださる女医の先生でとても良かったです！

強いて言えば
受付の女性が見下した態度で接してくるのが冷たく感じて気分が良くなかったです😢
初めてのところなのでもっと優しくしてくれたらいいのにって思いました。

平日は胃カメラの予約がとりやすかったのでこちらで健康診断を予約しました。以前から知ってはいたものの、純日系企業ではなくシンガポール系+日系なのでアジア系渡航富裕層向けかな？とか、
綺麗すぎする内装は嬉しいけどちょっとチャラいのでは？
と二の足を踏んでいました。
実際伺ってみると受診者は日本人ばかりで拍子抜けするくらいでした。(コロナのせいかも知れませんが。。。)、加えてチャラさはなく対応には誠実さも感じられました。
問診票は大概受付で回収されてしまうものですが
ここは問診票がバインダーに挟まれた状態で私と一緒に受診する先々に回覧されていくシステムになっています。よそで受けた昨年の結果を問診票の余白に書いておいたのですが、昨年の結果について丁寧に聞き取ってくださり現状がどうなのか受診する先々で説明していただけました。スタッフ個々のクオリティが高い気がします。酷評が多いので今日は当たりだったのかもしれませんが好印象でした。

企業健診で利用しました。
平日8:30に到着、胃カメラ（経鼻）もやって所要時間は80分でした。ファイルは自分が持たずにスタッフがつきっきりで対応してくれるのは嬉しい。
また胃カメラは予想以上に短時間で終了。どこの施設もそうかも知れませんが、看護師さんが頻繁に声をかけてくれるので安心して受けることができました。
場所的にJR大阪駅からは少々歩くものの、地下道で繋がっており雨の日でしたが、傘入らずいけるのも美点。
綺麗な施設でサッサと終わらせたい方には向いていると思います。

【追記】結果は11日後に郵送にて到着しました。今から思えば胃カメラにての診察時間は早すぎて、きちんと診てくれたのかな？と少々不安になるほどでしたね。

【追記2】
３回目の利用。
更衣室のロッカーが小さい、貴重品ロッカーが無い。お食事券（¥2000）の対象店舗が少ない。このあたり改善してほしいです。

次回からもこちらでお願いしようと思っています。

初めてだったので、他の方の口コミを見て身構えておりましたが、受付の対応が悪いなどは一切なく、スタッフの皆さん親切でした。
各診察室もキレイで、全項目スムーズに終わりました。
