Kono Dental Clinic

Emergency chipped tooth whilst holidaying in Osaka. Dr Kono was very reassuring and explained his management plan and assessment results clearly in English. He also recommended I make an appointment with my regular dentist on return to review my other teeth. His reception staff were all very friendly. My tooth looks as good as new. Thank you team!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while mostly due to nerves about speaking Japanese. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The reception was very friendly and calm and I instantly felt relaxed. My check up was calm, quick, well explained and well organized. Even though there were some small issues with my dental health, these were explained simply and calmly and I didn’t feel panicked or confused because of this. The dental cleaning was thorough and explained throughout. I felt that all the staff had the same calm and gentle personality. I would recommend it to anyone not able to speak Japanese very well or anyone who is nervous about the dentist. 😊

Wonderful dental clinic! We had the spa cleaning service and was able to communicate in English.

Bonus points for the great care they provided to our 1 year old that was with us.

Amazing experience. My first time to visit a dentist in Japan, but out of the 3 other countries I've had work done, this was my best experience. Almost all my searches for an English speaking dentist in Japan showed Kono. Like most things in Japan, very punctual, clean and friendly. Yoko did a great job cleaning my teeth, talked with me the entire time and did a few things I've never experienced before like a gum massage that was really nice. My teeth are whiter than they have been for a long time after just getting a cleaning. Staff spoke good English. Can't recommend enough.

I went this morning for a cleaning and it was a really nice experience. The staff and the dentists were really kind and helpful. They speak english so it was easier, I could get exactly what I wanted. I didn't wait and it didn't hurt. My teeth are clean and smooth! I highly recommend

Fast reply to my appointment request, the dentist and the staff are very kind and explain everything carefully before the intervention. It's a relieve to have dentists who can speak english when you can't speak enough japanese for teeth intervention.

Nella sfortuna di avere mal di denti quando si é in vacanza in un paese molto lontano dal mio ho avuto la fortuna di trovare questa clinica. Desidero condividere la mia recensione positiva riguardo a questa struttura.
Da quando ho messo piede nella clinica, sono stato accolto da uno staff cordiale e premuroso che ha contribuito a creare un'atmosfera accogliente.Tutto lo staff parla perfettamente inglese. Mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio fin da subito, ascoltando le mie preoccupazioni e rispondendo a tutte le mie domande in maniera chiara e professionale.
Il dottore che mi ha assistito è stato eccezionale. Oltre ad essere altamente qualificato nel suo lavoro, si è dimostrato una persona simpatica e amichevole. Ha preso il tempo necessario per spiegarmi il trattamento suggerendomi le migliori opzioni in base alle mie esigenze. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la sua capacità di mettermi a mio agio durante le procedure, riducendo al minimo il disagio che solitamente provo quando vado dal dentista.
Consiglio vivamente questa clinica dentale a chiunque abbia bisogno di cure dentistiche a Osaka. Lo staff è estremamente gentile e il dottore è altamente professionale e simpatico. I prezzi competitivi rendono questa clinica un'opzione eccellente per chi sia alla ricerca di un'assistenza di qualità.

約12年前に結婚を機に生まれ育った関西を離れるので、長年前歯が無い生活に見切りをつける為に選んだ歯医者さんが河野歯科さんでした。
院長先生が対応してくれましたが、結婚で関西を離れる旨や前歯の話をしたら綺麗にしましょう(笑)と笑いながら快く引き受けて下さいました。(大変、ひょうきんな院長先生で私も治療が楽しみになる位でした。)
私の異動の時間が押し迫ってたのでスタッフの皆さんと話し合い、可能な限り予約を入れて治療して下さいました。
前歯なので多少のお金はかかりましたが、長年の前歯が無い生活から脱せる事が出来ました。

あの時は本当にありがとうございました。

追伸・十数年経っても尚、未だに前歯の差し歯は使っております。

初ホワイトニングでしたが、院長をはじめ院内のスタッフの方々がカウンセリングも施術も丁寧に優しく対応して下さったおかげ様で、安心してお任せできました。☆
シミて痛い、ホワイトニング後の飲食に気を遣わなければならない等もありませんでした。！施術後一年経ちましたが、周りから褒められる歯に変わって笑顔に自信を持てました。
