Had a very nice stay at the St Regis Osaka. Our room was very large with nice views of Osaka. Check in was smooth and friendly. Breakfast was very good with high end service. Our butler was very friendly and did a great job shining my Loubitons. Everything was what I expect from a St Regis.

We had a wonderful stay as part of our honeymoon. They upgraded our room and we ended up with a very spacious and comfortable room with a great view of the city. The location is on point, we were able to get around very easily. We booked through Amex Fine Hotels, so we had breakfast there and it was quite lovely. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Overall, would definitely recommend and go back!

Loved our stay here! We stayed for our first anniversary and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Everyone speaks great English which was helpful for navigating the city. They even helped send our luggage to the next location. The rooms were really nice, breakfast was delicious, the bar was very aesthetic and had amazing drinks. Highly recommend staying here!

This is one of my favourite hotel brands and I was wondering how the refined standard would blend with Japanese courtesy and in short: it’s a relax dream.

The sky views are really nice touch , bedside there’s an automatic open button, you press in the morning and the curtrains pull back allowing you to just stare out at downtown Osaka, enjoying that darkness to light sway.

The rooms are nicely kitted out and feel a little bit retro. But the service and staff are utterly first-class which is the real highlight of the place. There’s not a thing you could do to trouble them - fantastic team all the way through.

I’m not a drinker but sitting in the bar area for breakfast was very nostalgic to probably a 50s or 60s zero York and it’s just nicely done all the way through.

Hits all the right notes

Undoubtedly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Our intro was done by Shunta who was so detailed and even walked us through how to order Ramen from a vending machine at one of his favorite shops.

All of the staff were so in incredible it enhanced out stay. Food and drinks are great and location is wonderful. East walk to Dotonburi and even easier train ride (2 stops).

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and would like to share my experience. The hotel's prime location makes it convenient for commute. The interior design and furnishings are exquisite, creating an elegant atmosphere. The soundproofing in the rooms is exceptional; even for someone sensitive to noise like myself, the air conditioning is nearly silent—making it one of the few hotels where I don't feel the need to turn off the AC to sleep comfortably.
The staff at the hotel are exceptionally warm and the daily room service is thoughtful and attentive. However, there are a few drawbacks, such as the absence of a pool and a lackluster lobby. The check-in process on the 12th floor can be time-consuming, and there's an additional elevator transfer to reach the rooms.
The breakfast, while adequate, doesn't quite match the hotel's overall standard. Additionally, the modern amenities in the rooms are somewhat lacking, with only motorized curtains and no USB charging ports. Overall, despite these minor shortcomings, my stay was enjoyable. Thank you St. Regis Osaka!

The location is close to Honmachi and 2 stops away from Shinsaibashi. If you like a quiet and clean neighborhood, it’s a good choice. The breakfast and dinner are good. It will be a good choice to have a drink at the bar if you just want to chill a bit. The staff are very nice and friendly to the traveler speaks in English

Opulence in Osaka: The St. Regis

Situated in the heart of Osaka, The St. Regis stands as an epitome of luxury, where refinement meets the skyline. During my recent stay at this illustrious establishment, where the rate paid was Rp9,625,268, I had the pleasure of immersing myself in the Grand Deluxe Skyline High Floor. This review aims to share insights into my experience, offering glimpses into the features that make The St. Regis an exceptional destination in the vibrant city.

Grand Deluxe Skyline High Floor:
The Grand Deluxe Skyline High Floor at The St. Regis is a testament to lavish living. Offering breathtaking views of Osaka's skyline, the room provides an elegant retreat elevated by sophisticated decor and plush amenities. The high-floor location adds an extra touch of exclusivity to the overall experience.

Posh Ambiance and Signature Cocktail:
What enchanted me most about The St. Regis was the very posh ambiance that permeates the entire establishment. From the grand lobby to the meticulously designed rooms, every corner exudes opulence. One of the highlights of my stay was indulging in the Shogun Mary at the St. Regis Bar. Accompanied by live jazz music, the experience was a perfect blend of sophistication and indulgence.

Culinary Delights:
The culinary offerings at The St. Regis are a gastronomic journey that tantalizes the taste buds. The breakfast spread, both at the main restaurant and the Izakaya bar, is a luxurious affair. The Japanese specialty dishes, in particular, stand out, offering an authentic and delightful exploration of the local cuisine. The attention to quality and presentation adds an extra layer of indulgence to each dining experience.

Luxurious Living in Osaka:
The St. Regis has earned its place as one of my most favorite hotels in Osaka. The seamless blend of luxury, attentive service, and unparalleled culinary experiences create an atmosphere that exceeds expectations. Each moment spent in the embrace of The St. Regis is a testament to the hotel's commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of living.

Room for Improvement:
While my stay at The St. Regis was undoubtedly luxurious, I must note that the absence of a pool and the limited space in the gym left me somewhat disappointed. The outdoor Japanese garden, though present, seemed to be in need of better maintenance. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience remained exceptional.

Conclusion:
My stay at The St. Regis, in the Grand Deluxe Skyline High Floor, was a lavish immersion into the glamour of Osaka. The posh ambiance, signature cocktails, and culinary delights made it a stay to remember. If you're seeking a luxurious retreat in the heart of Osaka, The St. Regis stands as an exceptional choice, and I eagerly anticipate returning to this opulent haven for more enriching experiences in the future.

The finest hotel experience I’ve ever had. International, multilingual staff, many of whom remembered our names from day to day, greeting us as we came and went. Delicious breakfast that included choice of a main dish (ie eggs Benedict, Japanese style fish and side dishes, French Toast or waffles) plus a buffet of sumptuous baked items, and everything from salad, cold cuts, ham and bacon and fruits, to Japanese side dishes, yogurt and more.
We loved the multi course French meal we had at Rue d’Or one evening.
Our room had a buttler box, where items could be delivered or dropped off without disturbing us.
The large, deep bath had a TV, waterproof remote control and a waterproof pillow. Room cleaning service upon request or when you leave for the day, plus turn down service in the afternoon. There were proper Japanese tea cups, tea pot and high grade Japanese tea in the room.
Oh, and don’t miss the large, well maintained Japanese rock garden on the 12th floor!
The hotel is located above Honmachi Station of the Midosuji Subway Line. Ten minutes by subway or taxi from Umeda, the center of Osaka.

I’ve stayed at other fine hotels - JW Marriott Gangnam, Ritz Carlton Bali, London Edition, the old Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan (now closed) - but none that can beat the combination of service, food, accommodations and location we experienced at St Regis Osaka.
We stayed 8 nights, hated to check out and will be back again.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of Osaka. The St Regis bar was just renovated and looks great. Guestrooms are very nice but could use a bit of updating/refreshing. Service is fine. Great option when staying in Osaka. Good to know: Metro station right out front !
