Very clean and organised gym. The Nishimura was very friendly and okay honest.

The gym is basically brand new and very cool temperature. Perfect place to workout in the City.

I'm very happy with the Gym. It's clean, free weights are adequate, staff is friendly. I can't recommend it enough. Cheers

Highly recommend this gym if you are staying in Osaka for vacation. It’s super clean, staff is super kind and nice. Great option to keep you healthy while you are traveling in Japan!!

I am currently on vacation, from Sydney, Australia. I’ve been in Japan for about two weeks now and decided it was time to get back into the gym. The problem was I wasn’t able to partake in one week trials or pay per day session which is understandable. Certain gyms have certain rules. However, I was lucky enough to come across JOYFIT 24, a beautiful gym in Namba Motomachi, Osaka and it only took me a few minutes to find; very convenient. The staff were very friendly and polite, they even made the effort to google translate words I didn’t understand. Something I don’t see very often at gyms is organised gym equipment and let me assure you, this gym is organised. Despite this being my first time at this gym, it was super easy to locate everything I needed because of how tidy it was. I highly recommend JOYFIT 24 if you’re ever in Namba Motomachi, Osaka and in need of a solid gym session.

Very nice gym. Went for a one day session during my stay in Osaka and was offered a free trial session. The gym is well equiped with two rooms, one with assisted machines and one with free weight machines. There is all you need for an efficient workout. The staff is super nice and very helpful which made the experience even better!

I came here for a day pass but if you give them a nice review is free. Honestly they completely deserve the 5 stars because the staff is really gentle, the gym itself has everything, there is space for working out and it’s not busy. Fresh water and air conditioning working (I struggled in Asia to find the a.c. in the gyms. I would sure come here if I would live in Osaka ahah! Well done! 👌🏻

Great gym! Let us workout for the day for free (as a 1 day trial type thing). Perfect since we were only in Osaka for 1 day. But needs to be between 9-6 when staff are here.

Very nice gym in the center of Osaka. It has all of the necessary machines and they are all new. Big plus, the friendly staff :)

Very friendly staff and amazing facility. Everything is clean and was attended to in a timely and professional manner even as a foreigner. Great equipment and place for getting in great workouts. Highly recommend!

This gym is super nice. The staff is very friendly and as a foreigner I felt very welcome. When I come back to Japan I will definitely be coming back to this gym! L

Staff was really nice and helpful, even as they didn’t speak English they patiently used google translate and were super clear. Gym is great and has everything you need.

This place is awesome. Very accommodating. The staff communicate well and they have all the equipment you need.
