Rhythm Summit, Niseko

We were here 6 years ago in different location, now they had build a bigger and nicer one. Rhythm runs most efficient ski rental in this town. Stream line process and super helpful staff make the rental process super easy. I injure my wrist and need to terminate the remaining 4 day rental, they refund me on the spot. The snowboard that is recommended to me was excellent. I went with premium rental so I can try different board each day. It was a great upgrade. The in-store cafe and bathroom is super nice.

I’ve always had problems with rental ski boots - difficulty finding wide models and being stuck with loose, high volume boots that offer little control and still tonnes of pain.

Within 5 minutes, Thémis found me the best pair of boots - perfectly fitted out the box, incredibly comfortable, the ideal flex, and well within my limited budget. Within 20 minutes I had my own heat molded liners and comfort insoles.

Its been awesome to ski with absolutely zero pain and 100% control for the first time. Cannot recommend Rhythm Summit highly enough.

The service at Rhythm Niseko was amazing. When I had a major problem with pain from my existing boots from home, Joel was great in sorting out my issues and offering good advice. All of my runs after that were pain free, like night and day. He definitely saved my holiday.

This place must make a lot of money. It was heaving with people. This said, everybody who works there was very helpful and always with a smile. They were careful to match the skis I was renting with my ability and terrain desirability.

Super helpful staff that were very knowledgeable about ski clothing as well as boots and skis. Very quick turnaround on the workshop for setup too. Walked away with a full setup and couldn't be happier. Shout out to Kunal who sorted me out!

Thes guys are the real ones for ski boots. I'm an instructor so I need quality boots that fit me well and perform well. These guys sorted me out so the nines with both the initial buy of a sweet pair of dalbellos from Matty and then the molding on insoles from Themis. These guys are both friendly and absolute pros at what they do when it comes to understanding the unintelligible notes I have about the boots and translating it to what they can do to make the boots better for you.

Again these guys are the best and know they're stuff like nothing else, cheers boys.

Great seeing this store getting better and better every year. Attitude of the people working there is great, seems like a real happy family. Special call out to Romain, Tom, and Elliot in the ski department. They really educated me on the differences between various ski types and brands. Their knowledge of so many models and many aspects of each one was very impressive and very helpful. They were very generous with their time. Greatly appreciated!

Great range and service

Had a great experience renting here last month and wanted to call out Julian for his exceptional service - the man deserves a bonus or a beer at the very least!

I'd recommend this store, although would call out that due to the sheer size of the place you might experience variance in the quality of rental gear and service. Initially got set up on a 4 year old deck with a slightly busted rail but went back for a free swap and landed with a very nice board which I thoroughly enjoyed.
