Spacious Japanese style room. Amazing breakfast and onsen. There are a few FYIs though. When you walked in it's just an empty room with table. You need to set up a futon by yourself. There are some steps to do that. you can check online. A public bathroom in Japan is not like a shower room with stalls. It's basically a bathhouse. Go for it for the experience! I vote down for service since the trash bin is kinda super full all the time. They clean once a day but since the bins are so small, by night the trash starts to spill out especially the sinks/hand wash area.

5-10 mins walk from hirafu welcome centre. It’s a pretty old hotel. Many hardware are dated. We had a Japanese style room. It’s spacious and clean. Breakfast area always crowded. Food & choices are reasonable. Its price is the most reasonable among Hirafu area. I’m happy with their service.

I stayed at Niseko Park at the end of January, mainly because of the great location 2min walk from Hirafu Welcome Center and the ski lifts.

I will come back again because of the delicious buffet style breakfasts with lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and the onsen which helps recover after a long day of snowboarding.

My only suggestion would be to start the breakfast at 7:00 instead of 7:30, to give enough time to catch the first morning snow in the mountain.

Overall, it is the best place I have stayed in Hirafu.

Very comfy traditional onsen hotel near the Hirafu skiing area. Onsen is small but very nice! Good breakfast! Not a ski-in/ski-out hotel sadly but there is a large store room for ski and boards; drying room for boots. Changing room also available. 4 minutes to the shops at the Hirafu junction and there is a slightly more expensive food/drug store opposite from the hotel (hirafu188). Ski rentals are plenty around here; Hirafu .base was our best option. Ski lift tickets can be bought at the hotel at a bit of discount (need to be exchanged for the actual ticket cards at the lift counter). Convenient and still somewhat affordable compared to the more and more luxury hotels in the area. Some parking available.

Had a wonderful stay at Niseko Park. The breakfast was absolutely incredible each morning. In the evenings the onsen was the perfect remedy for a long day of skiing. Location was great as well, lots of bars and restaurants near by and ski in / ski out access.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Best location - right in the middle of town and only a tiny walk to the ski fields. Amazing Ibsen and sauna, staff were super lovely and helpful, breakfast buffet included was delicious and great variety of options for any dietary preferences. Cosy warm beds and great vibes. Also, has DIY laundry and ski/snowboard storage room that was great. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful place. Serious value for money. The rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty! The onsen is huge, and spotless. The staff are so friendly and helpful! Really nice vibe. The location is perfect! Literally on the "heated road", a hundred meters or so from ace family lift and 200m from the Grand hirafu main base lift and bus station, and across the road from a grocery/pharmacy store. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is well maintained. One of the few in Niseko that has its own onsen. The owners are caring about their guests very well. Very well located.

Old fashioned hotel but it was a comfortable stay. Has an in-house Onsen. Breakfast spread was acceptable. Large ski room store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price was on the steep side though!

This isn't the most fancy place in town, but that's not their target market IMO. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean. The onsen was a very nice treat (mutiple times per day). The gear rooms were also really nice to have, especially the stanky boot room which dries your boots out as you sleep. I will always stay here when I visit the amazing Niseko.

Great hotel with very helpful receptionists. Onsen is a must try facility, especially the outdoor pool with snow and chilled air - best combo with hot onsen. Boot drying room is a plus. All in all, highly recommended.

Kenji, the proprietor, gave me lots of great advice. This is my first trip to Japan and I love that this hotel is 30 meters from a lift, you just go down the alley! Thanks Kenji, we will return again :)
