Fairfield by Marriott Hokkaido Naganuma

Although this hotel is a little far from the airport (about 20 minute taxi ride @ ¥8000 from pick up point 11), it is a welcome haven in the snow. The rooms are very clean, stylish and bright and the bed and pillows are so comfortable. The amenities are limited but have enough for a short stay. In the communal lounge on the first floor, there is a free drinks machine for your early morning caffeine fix, which you can enjoy whilst relaxing in the lounge greeted by Hokkaido's snowy views (we came in February). Staff are so kind and very helpful and even gave us travel advice to Sapporo city center (a short taxi ride to Kita Hiroshima, then a 20 minute train ride to Sapporo station). Thanks again. Excellent hotel.

My family and I were stranded due to the tragic accident at the Hanada Airport this evening. Ken and his staff gave us an incredibly warm welcome and made us feel at home. This definitely made up for the frustration of waiting almost 3+ hours in line for ANA to refund our ticket money, not being able to book us on a new flight, and telling me they wouldn't help with paying for either trains, hotels, or taxis because the accident was Japan Airline's fault. I will never fly ANA again because of their inability to help my family and I. Bravo Ken for countering my bad experience with ANA with your amazing service at Fairfield!

As a seasoned Japan traveller, I can say they hv one of the best comfy beds. Whole family slept like babies 👶
Staff were super nice. Clean and quiet. Will stay again

We were greeted warmly by the staffs when we arrived. Yasuhiro, Sumiya (Ken), Shibata, and Matsuda were so helpful and friendly. We had difficulties to find food near hotel. With two vegetarians, it was impossible. The staffs helped to talk to the restaurant to tell what we wanted. The hotel is very new and situated between new chitose airport and Sapporo. It’s great for those who need to travel airport but would like to have a quiet and rustic stay. Rooms are spotless and clean.

I loved my stay in this beautiful place. It's only 20 mins away from New Chitose airport with a wonderful view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean with good amenities.

Very nice hotel and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. This hotel has a public microwave, ice machine and small kitchen area to eat or be social. There is a small refrigerator in the room. The location for me was ok because I had a car but otherwise it was remote and most place to eat were not In walking distance. Otherwise, it was fantastic.

Great clean and well appointed rooms. Small but really nice feeling to the rooms. It's an easy walk across to the farmers market to grab breakfast etc. If you are not in a rush.

The hotel was clean, fashionable and the staff were very friendly. It was a very nice stay. The hotel was right next to the highway entrance which gives great access to the airport. It’s important to note that it is the beginning of the highway so there is little to no traffic and noise. There is a “michi-no-eki” (road side station) next to the hotel. It has a few souvenirs and a pizza restaurant. Not much there to be honest. There is also a convenience store 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel has a super mini store with a few snack but not much to be honest. If you’re staying here you should probably eat dinner somewhere else before arriving.

Close to New Chitose airport and Sapporo stay. VERY clean and lovely 2 star hotel I can recommend you to consider staying!

Only that would give them 5 stars... anyway the hotel is absolutely fantastic and brand new!
Great night of sleep

This hotel is very clean and comfortable, with contemporary style and modern conveniences. The staff was excellent! I have not found better service anywhere - they made my stay here so enjoyable. I just wish I could have stayed longer :)

Stayed there on 30th June for the first day of my family trip in Japan. It is a great place with thoughtful staff.

新千歳空港から近くアクセス良好です。部屋にはシャワーしかないので、夜は近くのながぬま温泉を利用しました。朝はすぐ近くのセコマで買ってきたパンをこちらのラウンジで食べましたがコーヒーサーバーもあり、とても寛げる空間でした。レイトチェックアウトさせていただいたので、14時まで部屋で仕事もできました。

ホテルの隣には道の駅もあり、少し足を伸ばせばハイジ牧場というたくさんの動物と触れ合える牧場もあるので、小さい子連れにもおすすめです。スタッフさんもとても丁寧な対応でした。

北海道旅行で訪れました。車必須ですが、新千歳空港から行きやすい立地で、札幌や苫小牧、富良野などの観光地へ行くことができます。

・フロントスタッフの方が丁寧
・コインランドリー(洗濯機×2、乾燥機×2)がある
・宿泊代金が安価でお得

夕食は、エスコンフィールドがある北広島の、開店寿司の銀次郎まで車で約20分です。
回りには、余り食事出来るお店は少ない。
コンビニも歩いて行けるセイコーマートがあります。

他地域のフェアフィールドを利用して気に入っているため、北海道でも宿泊しました。今回もお部屋は心地よく清潔で、ベッドの寝心地が最高でした！スタッフも明るく親切でした。また北海道に行く際には利用したいと思います。

新千歳近くなのでこちらのホテルに2泊(約4万円)いたしました。
まだ新しく綺麗なホテルで、24時間ドリンクサーバ利用無料です。
味噌汁があるのが嬉しい☺

ホテルの横に生鮮野菜なども売っている市場的なものがあり、歩いて買い物できるのも良いですね！

また泊まりたいホテルですね！

いつもは大阪や名古屋のフェアフィールドやモクシー利用してます。今回は旅行先である北海道のフェアフィールドは初利用。単身でクイーンサイズベッドの部屋です。さすがマリオットグループで高いホスピタリティですが、大阪や名古屋に比べると朝食は事前予約制であったり、フィットネスジムがなかったり、PC作業するには狭くテーブルが利用しづらいので★マイナス１　朝食は歩いて3分くらいの距離の道の駅にあるおにぎり屋さんがおすすめです。もしくはスタバ。1番近いコンビニまでは歩いて15分前後はかかるので事前にアルコールだったりは買っていくのをおすすめします。目の前に綺麗なお庭のような公園があって眺めがいいので★プラス１　でトータル★５です。このへんはランニングするにも走りやすいです。実際走っている人たくさんいました。

サイトからキングルームのお部屋しか空きがなく、仕方ないと思い予約したのですが中学生の息子と2人だったのみて、ツインルームを調整して替えていただけました。
とてもありがたかったです。
お部屋を案内してくれた方にお食事できるとこを伺うと何軒か教えていただけました！
その中の1軒のラーメン屋さんに行きました。
とても美味しかったです(^^)
