Italian cafe Abete

Had the chance of eating dinner there a couple of weeks ago while on a short holiday in Hokkaidō. The restaurant is tiny (part of a home, I think) but has a woodfire oven which caught our olfactory attention while walking to our accommodation. It did not disappoint! The pizza I had was just like in Italy!

A wonderful little eatery off the main road. Space is limited, so plan carefully. It seems to be hosted out of their house, so the ambiance is quiet and intimate.
The carbonara was fantastic and done right-- not a drop of cream sauce! The pizza was also delightful, thanks to the chef and their stone oven.

Authentic wood fired pizza! You can see their homemade wood oven at the entrance. The pizza crusts are phenomenal, perfectly crisp and flavored. Go for it!

Googled and found this small family Italian restaurant. Nicest pasta I ever had, simple yet so flavourful with the freshest ingredients.

As a good Italian, I decided to try all the Italian style restaurant of Japan. The Abete restaurant was delightful and know how to make pasta and pizza. When I ate this food, I remember all the souvenirs from when I was a child in la casa with my mamasita. This restaurant is like my madeleine de Proust. Gracie mile 🇮🇹

One of the best wood fired pizzas I’ve had! It’s a small cozy place run by a duo with only a few seats available. Don’t expect an extensive menu but what they have is superb.

Cream oyster pasta is superb! One of the best cream pastas ever.

Best mark for one of the best Italian food in Hokkaido (in Japan?), although the circumstances were clearly not favorable. We booked for 7:30pm, that is 30 min before the last order time (8pm). We were not clearly explained to order everything including the desserts and drinks (glasses of wine) before 8pm. When we realized that they might be a bit rigid on this topic, it was 8:05pm and were not able to order anything more, even politely. It was a NO., sorry, last order is last order. Clearly disturbing, never faced such a grotesque situation, that is the summit of Japanese legendary psychorigidity ...anyway, good luck with that!

We ate two times at this restaurant during our stay. The service was very great and the food was delicious !

Had a good dinner with warm atmosphere. The pizza was home made and still hot from the wood oven. The small Restaurant is running buy a nice couple .

An unassuming place with excellent pizza. Pasta was homemade and prepared very well. I would go back.

REAL Italian food. Handmade noodles for a fair price. Vegetarian options available.

Very cozy and perhaps the best pasta I’ve had in a long time. Local ingredients and great customer service.

裡面有兩張四個人的桌子，和兩個人在吧台邊的位子，一次最多坐10個人，訂位會是比較安全的選擇

真的是純手工揉出來的義大利麵

另外這裡的披薩，這裡有天然的香味和嚼勁

更讓我們訝異的是甜點，一個咖啡甜點，非常的有層次又好吃

披薩和義大利麵的美味程度驚人！
食材都非常新鮮，自擀、自製的餅皮和麵條都有濃郁的麥香，且飽含水分。
請大家一定要試試看！

很奇妙的小店，沒仔細看清楚，還找不到餐廳在哪！像是住家一樓改裝餐廳，進去要脫鞋，位置不多，我們點了健康中午套餐，青菜吃得出來鮮味，尤其蘆筍好好吃，有看到廚師在現削蔬菜，蕃茄色香味俱全，麵條硬度剛剛好，份量也剛好吃光不會很飽，只是裡面沒有肉有點可惜。蔬果汁不會很甜、紅茶很香！有機會再訪的話，會想吃窯烤比薩！

初めて家族でランチに伺いました。店内とても綺麗で落ち着いた感じです。選べるランチセットとカルボナーラとボロネーゼをシャアして食べました。若干、若い人には味が薄かったようです。それと入り口は、履き物を脱いで、１段上がるように成っています。

北海道奶油青菜肉義大利麵，奶油醬和青菜很好吃。
