Good impressions on 1) room size bigger far more than my expectations, 2) cleanness is moderate and 3) hospitality and responses from restaurant service people. I am sure I will recommend this hotel to my friends

We booked the open-air private hot tub room with mountain view for 2 people. The room was huge, the hot tub was really nice (altho its not onsen), the amenities were super cute.

Breakfast at the hotel was really good, they had freshly made rice ball (onigiri).

The hotel was really nice that they let us take the shuttle bus from Karuizawa Station back to the hotel as we left our purse after driving back to Shinjuku. WE really appreciate it!

Karuizawa Hotel 1130 club is beyond our expectation. The reception staff were very helpful and professional. We love the Onsen as the hot spring water came from Asama Mountain directly. In room Onsen bath also nice. Breakfast and dinner also provides many food choices. Truly a tranquil resort in Karuizawa.

Nice hotel with a beautiful view. You can see a clear view of the volcano from 8th floor.

Clean, well provisioned hotel. Friendly staff and awesome views. Suites are large and bright with a very good, tasteful setup.

Great rooms very spacious much better than expected. Extremely reasonable priced. Nothing much in the surrounding but it was extremely comfortable to stay there overnight

Very roomy in Japan standard. The price is reasonable. The restaurants are solid. It is a bit far from the train station.
