Comfort Hotel Hachinohe

The location is perfect, a couple of minutes walk from Hachinohe station and though it's not downtown, there is a great ramen place in easy walking distance (豪ーめん 八戸尻内店). I am so happy with the cleanliness, service and delicious breakfast that I have cancelled the hotel I was going to stay in when I return to Tokyo and have booked the Comfort Hotel Kanda instead. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

More than adequate room size, clean and comfy. I do wish the shower was easier to get to a precise temperature. Anyways, it's a very short walk from the Shinkansen station, which is nice, but surprisingly there's very little in the immediate area. You'll likely have to take the local line a few stops east if you want to do much more than spend the night here and then get back on your way. Still, it's hard to beat a nice clean set of sheets at this value.

Great hotel. The room is a little bit old, but comfortable, and close to the Jr station. Also their free breakfast is really good, you should try it.

🏢 Nice and clean hotel in Hachinohe. We booked a twin room so the room is bigger than most. The bathroom is clean with a tub. The hotel doesn't have a public bath but they have a coin laundry and dryer. Lots of vending machines as well. They have rental bicycles. Parking area is available next to the hotel. It is a short walk from Hachinohe Station. But there aren't any restaurants and shops in the area. They serve breakfast that is simple but good.

Centrally located near the Shinkansen station and Toyota car rental shop with a few restaurants around.

The breakfast buffet was very good for a regular business hotel. Would absolutely come back.

Near JR Hachinohe, price is quite low with delicious local breakfast buffet.

Wonderful

八戸駅から駅から歩いてすぐです。
シャワーが混合栓で無いのが気になりましたが、お湯も安定していて問題ありませんてした。
軽めの掛け布団は寝やすくて嬉しいです。

設備が綺麗で朝食も美味しく快適でした。
4泊だったので、翌日の日替わり朝食メニューをロビーで案内しているのも良かったです。
毎朝日替わりでスムージーと郷土料理の煎餅汁が出ますが、遅い時間に行くと品切れも発生します
また、コーヒー&リフレッシュウォーターのサービスが夜12時まであるのも良かったです。
ホテル自体に不満はないですが、周辺環境面で最寄りコンビニがやや遠いのと、1人で夜食事できる店舗がかなり少ないのがやや難点。駅ナカ店舗は20時までに営業終了。海鮮メインの居酒屋が数軒ありますが、牛丼やファストフードなどのリーズナブルなチェーン店等はありません

当日に新幹線が運休になり、現地に不可抗力で行けなくなったため相談したところ、快くキャンセル対応いただきました。こちらの状況までお気遣いくださって、とても温かい対応でした。

スタッフの方のサービスが素晴らしく、駅近で朝食も充実していたので満足です。

部屋は狭かったですが、フロントの対応は皆さん丁寧で素晴らしかった。トイレ掃除の方も愛想がよく気分良く過ごせた。

客室は広すぎず狭すぎすコスパ良しと思います。サービスは基本セルフですが、ウェルカムドリンクや広めのラウンジがあったりと到着後に一息つける環境が良いです。職員の対応もきちんとしています。場所は新幹線利用の場合は5ですが、車使用では幹線道路から離れているので4としました。ホテル側の責任ではなく自分の感想です。
また宿泊したいと思います。

ビジネスできました。一般的なビジネスホテルとして、居心地の良いホテル。八戸駅から近く、アクセスも便利です。駐車場もひろいです。大型車も行けそうですが、難儀するとおもいます。中型は、問題ありません。綺麗なホテルです。充実したサービス。朝食うまいよ！たべすぎてしまいます。せんべい汁初体験。美味しいお汁でした？

無料の朝食がとても美味しくて、最高でした。
スタッフの皆さんも素敵な対応でした！

八戸駅から徒歩ですぐ着く距離です。
設備としては最低限かもしれませんが、食堂は席は多く、朝食無料で品数は少なめですが私は満足です！故郷八戸の郷土料理、せんべい汁があって嬉しい！
部屋もキレイで良いです。

きれいなホテル。設備も新しそう。ベッドの頭側にはコンセントが2つ、スマホおき場所もあり、使いやすい。全体的に清潔感あり。
ただ、八戸駅のそばで繁華街から遠いので、明らかにビジネス用。
