Staff are very friendly and let you browse around without much interruption.
Prices are comparable not particularly cheaper, some can be more expensive but the good thing is that they offer tax free and 5-7% discount when using cards such as visa, master, wepay etc.
Plus they have almost everything that you need and you can think of. Including electronic, watches, collectible items and toys.

Great selection of electronics , toys and pharmaceuticals. I needed some supplies and prices were very reasonable.
Some fun items available like BTS blind bags. Dog nappies , mini
Cameras.

All things electronic sold here.
From washers and dryers to fridges and air conditioners. Upstairs they have tons of computer and camera gear.

It's like a BIC camera, only more heavily concentrated on home good appliances.

They have a lot of employees that cover each section in the store.

I liked their Nescafé set up.

You can turn analog videos into digital format here. You can also print your film.

This place is one of Japan's largest electronic stores.

You can find books, toys, home/ office appliances, personal electronic devices and much more to discover throughout the store

Yamada was extremely helpful with our query and successfully found what we needed right through to checkout process delivered with a smile. Many staff members can learn from her. Thank you for helping a couple of foreigners fall in love with Japan.

Has pretty much everything. Walking distance from Namba Yasaka Shrine.

This is the "go to" electrics store. They even have a sound equipment testing room.

Two hints: this is Osaka, try negotiating the price, you might get 5-10% off if you sign up as a "member" and get a card. Remember the sales staff are mostly on commission, so they lose cash if they reduce the price, but hey, making 2% instead of 8% (just guessing) is better than "ok thanks for 15 minutes explaining which washing machine I should buy, I will think about it" and then buying it online.

The other main stores are Bic Camera (also in Namba, 12 minute walk?) Or Yodabashi Camera across the road from Osaka JR station, north exit.

I prefer LABI. I went there 3 weeks ago and got a cable adaptor with 2 very helpful staff. One realized I wanted stereo, so she put back the first one and found the stereo one for me (+50 cents?). That is quality service IMHO.

A must visit to try all new games and buy cheap quality stuff!

I will simply say that this location is NEW, clean, gigantic and has EVERYTHING you might need - basically A to Z. There's also a Tully's coffee and a Chateraise bakery / pastries, etc. shop. Right beside Namba Parks and across from the new hotel Centara Grand Hotel. If you're in the Namba area, living in the area and need anything - I'd say take a look.

Excellent service at the prepaid sim cards from Mr koda oumemoto department manager and he really did his best even he couldn't speak English.

Nice huge place with lots of electronics. Best thing I liked is not very crowded so you can do better shopping. Staff as usual very polite and very supportive. English speaking staff also available.

Came here to get the thermos stuff that I wanted. Price here was the cheapest. Managed to obtain tax exemption. Spacious, easy to walk around, cosy.

there are too many toys in 4th floor , and good place

Gigantic electric goods shop next to Namba Parks. Great secret bakery cake shop on the first floor. Great deals here too.

I lived shopping centre! Heaps of cool stuff. The kids section had ridiculous amounts of weird and wonderful items.

Good place to buy AV gadgets and toys. 4 floor in total. Easy to spend couple hours here.

Good for buying last minute souvenirs before your flight or getting electronic items you might have forgotten to bring for your trip.

The store is very spacious and the staff very professional. They have a wide variety of electronic goods and it is not crowded.
