RIMOWA Store 心斎橋

I purchased a Trunk S at the RIMOWA Umeda store. However, after I took it home, we realized that the wheels were not even and caused the luggage to wobble. I took it to the Shinsaibashi store to get it fixed and the repairman seemed to have fixed it. I used the luggage for a few hours but I felt there was still a bit of wobble so I went back to the Shinsaibashi store again before they closed.

I was greeted by Gyoho Son and I asked to try a floor model or exchange for a new one. She said I could only exchange at the store I purchased but offered me the floor model to test. She said she would offer me a new one to test but they were out of stock as well. After testing I felt the repair was sufficient. Ms Son was very apologetic during the whole process and apologized about the unbalance wheels several times even it wasn't her store that sold me the luggage.

Overall, I am very happy with the service at the RIMOWA Shinsaibashi store and their product, especially after my Trunk S got fixed. I'm contemplating about replacing the rest of my luggage to RIMOWA once they pass their useful life.

Rimowa store, at osaka shinsaibashi. Needs suitecase needs rimowa... at main streets, easy to find the store... nice employees very welcome with customers.... but not all rimowa tipe / color at this store available, but still can try...

下取り制度があると聞いて買い替えに寄りました。高騰しているが、やはり いいモノはいい。次のキャリーは死ねまで使えそうだ。ネットから来店予約できるので、マストだと思う。

店舗の対応は引き取りだけでしたが修理の見積もり、修理現場の方の知識の豊富さと状況判断で本当に最小限の修理で済ませ長年の旅の経過の現状を維持していただき納得の仕上がりでした。

いつ来ても何も考えずに旅行に行けていた頃を思いだしわくわくします。ポリカは軽くて色が鮮やか！アルミは頑丈で凹みが出てもいい味と思えます。2階が修理工場となっていますので修理の時はスーツケースを預けて買い物にいけます。が提携の駐車場がありません。
通販も便利で良いですが、やはり実物を見て買うのをおすすめします。

縁あって10年以上前にREMOWAのスーツケースの所有者になった。丁度海外出張に行かなくなった頃。

国内線機内持込可能サイズで施錠も必要ない。ただ荷物は頻繁に運んだので蛇行気味になっていた。

購入元のコラボしていた某日系青会社に問合せても提携が終わったので責任持てないと突っ張ねられた。

心斎橋一等地の優雅なREMOWA 路面店をダメ元で訪れ、鍵の使い方を教わり、取れたチャックの装着、チャックのツマミの装着、蛇行原因の軸の交換と注油と無料出来る範囲内の事を全てして下さった。

長くお使い頂きたいとのコメント。私の事も大切に扱って下さった。この企業ポリシーに僕は深く感激を覚えた。深く感謝の言葉を述べたのは言うまでも無い。

他のメーカーよりは高いだろう。しかしこの次の僕のスーツケースもきっとスタイリッシュで洗練されたREMOWAになるだろう。

キタにあるプライドだけ高い百貨店も少しは見習う所があるのではないか?
