Donguri Kyowakoku (Ghibli Store) Namba吉卜力商店

The shop is a bit hardt to find especially if you are not familiar with the area and the layout. Finally we made it though, and they had an item here that I was looking for (tortoro), there are other items as well to look for, so in my opinion worth a visit!! Highly recommended 👍😊

Just fyi, previous review is correct about being underground and moving locations to across that cafe. However, there are 2 of those cafes! So look for B19 and this is the correct location. We got lost looking for it but otherwise, loved the store

The absolute best Studio Ghibli store we found during our trip in Japan! Not only was this one of the biggest, but it also had a giant Totoro and No Face to take pictures with!! This store is worth the escalator trek up to one of the top floors. They had a huge selection of Ghibli merchandise from pretty much every movie and the prices were very reasonable considering it is all licensed. If you are in Osaka, you definitely have to check out this Ghibli store! The staff was very friendly too!

Perfect spot for some studio Ghibli merchandise however please note that the store is located underneath Namba walk and not on the surface as directed by Google maps for all travellers.

We've bought quite a fair bit of the figurines filled with nostalgia, you'll love it also for Totoro lovers.

This store has a lot of various collection compared to the store in Sannenzaka Kyoto area, but the totoro doll was sold very fast because it was the best seller so grab fast while you can find it in any Ghibli Store

It may be a small shop, but there is still enough (quality) merchandize to empty your pockets. Not easy to find if you are the first time in the underground labyrinth of Namba Station, but worth a visit (if you like Ghibli)

Adorable little Ghibli store. Friendly staff, and I believe some of them do speak English, though you should be able to purchase things even if you have limited Japanese skills.

Anyone looking for a Totoro plushie, they have them 👌

And yes, the address is not accurate. You have to go underground and look for B19, the store is next to a store with a huge red car like others have posted. It's also on a corner, not in between stores, if that helps.

Great service, didn’t realise it was underground until I did a couple laps of the block. Not as big as I was expecting but a lovely store.

More Totoro stuff in this store compared to the Shinsaibashi Parco store.
