Truly a must visit Anello store if you're in Osaka. The selection is very impressive, with a focus on a section specially dedicated to Japan Limited Series bags. Prices are very reasonable and you'll see a lot of tourist here. Recommended place!

Good range of bags in the shop. Very convenient, just at one of the entrance of subway train. Bought two bags there. First visit, looking for waterproof bags to weather the wet season last month. Had a very pleasant shopping experience, thanks to the very patient and helpful shop assistant, Nagisa (hope I’ve remembered her name correctly, a petite young lady who speaks good English).

Super friendly staff that speaks English. Very knowledgeable about the specific specs of the bags I was interested in. Nice design and affordable. This being the flagship store, there are certain items that you can not find in any other store = worth visiting.

My wife like the practical design of anello bag. While shopping around, we think there are fake one on the street which has poor workmanship. Lucky we find this flag ship store.

I always come here whenever I visit Osaka. Although, you can now buy this brand easily in other Asian countries, this store is special as the range is full and most of all, you may have a better chance of more colour selections on the item you want to buy. I do see some designs in here that you will not see outside Japan. It is really worth a visit. Price and quality is reasonable for this brand. It is good that they make bags for different type of people and not just concentrating in one niche group of shoppers. Staff are well trained with good English. They are very helpful and friendly. I asked if there is more colour choices on a bag, the staff went to the store room and came back with six colours for me to see. The staff even explained the design of the bag to me in details. This is much appreciated. I will come back again! It is a good shopping experience in here everytime.

Busy store with great staff. The sales associate that helped me was awesome. I purchased two regular kuchigane backpacks for family members but wanted this orange-colored one for myself. Apparently the color was quite popular and he had trouble finding it in the size I wanted. I left with the color I wanted though, in a similar size and better material (thicker & also water-repellent). Purchases over 5,000¥ are tax-free for international tourists.

Modern store with such a large variety of bag styles to choose from. It was almost overwhelming for me, but in a good way. I had a hard time choosing & had to narrow my choices down because I didn't want to lug everything around all day as our hotel wasn't close by the store. Next time I will plan accordingly. 🤗
They are fully staffed so it was easy to find an associate for help even though it is quite a busy store. I love all the designs and the fact that everything was available in one big store. If you're a Anello bag fan, this store is definitely a must when in Osaka. It's in the general vicinity of the Shinsaibashi street so it wasn't hard to find.

My wife and daughter love this store! Huge selection of product, clean and places to sit while you wait for your spouse to shop. They'll be in here a while. We got the kids backpacks for school. the quality is high and the prices are very reasonable. We came here twice on our trip to Osaka.

Anello's flagship store in Osaka offers the widest range of anello products available in the market. You can even get some flagship store exclusive colours/products that you cannot find elsewhere in the world. Customer experience here is fantastic as the staffs are very polite, friendly and well-trained.

The shop is visible from the road. You can't miss it. The displays are very organized and tempting (don't say I didn't warn you).
The staff is also very attentive and helpful. Definitely worth a visit during sales season or if you're an Anello fan.

Helpful and friendly staff and a nice selection of backpacks, handbags, and wallets. The sales associates gave us fans to keep us cool which was a nice touch. After paying we were given a token to dispense a random plastic bubble from a huge gumball machine. Our prize was an Anello t-shirt which was a surprise. Great experience!

Great bags! Very high quality and not too expensive!

We had a happy purchase experience on 4-June. The staff who is a lady is really helpful and sweet, also she’s always with lovely smile. The products are nice and economy, very useful.
