FamilyMart Shin-Imamiya Station East

Was there multiple times while in Osaka. Never had any problems. Line moved fast and they had everything I needed each time. Pretty normal convenience store.

Super friendly English speaking staff. Prices are reasonable :)

良い場所です。

こちらの女性スタッフは一部を除いて、対応が良いです。お客の中にはちゃんと並ばないお客や、店の中でたむろしている方などのやりたい放題する客がいます。男性スタッフの対応も良いスタッフがいた。ここはクラウンから直接行ける。ただ、前のとこで食べた方やタバコのポイ捨てがある。

若い店員さんの対応がとても良かったです。可愛いです。

ここで酒？飲み物？買って入り口付近でたむろしてる爺や男共に気持ち悪いこと言われるからたむろしないように声かけしてほしい

駅チカで便利だが、お酒やタバコを買う際には身分証明証が必要だったりタッチパネルだったり適当。品揃えはこの辺りだと良い方だ。

最近のビニールカーテンのおかげで声が聞き取りづらいので、声ももうちょっと張って欲しい。

We asked if we could deliver our luggage to another Family Mart, and they told us in a very rude way that it was possible, but we should go to pick them up by 9pm the next day, stating that it wasn't worth it for them as they were just getting 100yen per luggage.
When we went to pick them up the next day we were told that several attempts were done to deliver them, and since the destination family mart wasn't doing kuroneko service they could not take them and it was too late at that hour to contact the delivery agency, so we still wonder why they told us that was possible, it would have been easier to just told us it wasn't.
It ended up by us going the next day to the kuroneko center to pick up the luggage ourselves. A total waste of money, time and energy in our holidays.

Before I had to pay, the clerk forced me to queue up, and his tone was very bad!

Japan's worst convenience store. Part-time workers are very unfriendly. I feel sorry for the manager.

オーナーらしき40代くらいの男性が、大人しそうな若い外国人アルバイトに「あ〜っもう！！」とレジミスの責任を追求するようなことを大袈裟に大声で何度も言っててドン引きしました。
職場が近くにあるのでよく利用するのですが、こういう質の悪いオーナーがいるコンビニでアルバイトしない方がいいです。
こういう劣悪なFC店舗が減ってくれるように、これからは他の店舗を利用しようと思います。
その願いも込めての星1です。

ほかの口コミで、アルバイトの接客態度についての指摘が多いですが、コンビニに求め過ぎかなと思います。
欲しいものがスムーズに買えたらそれでいいでしょう。

夕方の日本人の女性店員は愛想悪いし、雑だし接客向いてないんじゃない？
教育されてないのか、出来ないのか？
まぁ、最低レベル。
