This is a great location to pick up souvenirs and gifts. This location has 7 floors. There are floor maps that explain what's on each floor. Even though the aisles are narrow, everything is organized and things are easy to find. We went to this store mid-day on a Wednesday, and the store was not that busy. Prices are affordable for many items, and you will find something on each floor that you want. Prior to this, we visited the Bentencho location. That one had three floors but didn't seem to have as many things available.

We had seen people complain about poor customer service or being judged while using the tax-free counters. We did not experience any of that. All the staff were courteous and helpful while we shopped.

What a delightful store that truly has everything! Coming from the U.S., it reminded me of Wal-Mart, with a wide array of products ranging from cosmetics and electronics to clothing and food. It’s an excellent spot for souvenirs—I even stumbled upon some Studio Ghibli branded items like chopsticks and socks. Next, I explored the cosmetics section and picked up some intriguing beauty treatment masks, followed by a visit to the food department where I stocked up on various treats and discovered some delicious salad dressing. Additionally, they have a currency exchange machine with reasonable service fees. And watch out—their catchy theme song will linger in your mind long after you leave!

Less Crowd: One of the best aspects of this Don Quijote location is the relative lack of crowds. Unlike the bustling Don Quijote with the Ferris wheel, this branch allows for a more relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience. You can browse the aisles without feeling rushed or cramped, making it ideal for a leisurely shopping trip.

Open Until 4 AM: The store’s extended hours are incredibly convenient, especially for late-night shoppers or those who have packed schedules during the day. Closing at 4 AM, it provides ample time to shop at your convenience, whether you’re an early bird or a night owl.

More Organized: This Don Quijote branch is notably more organized than others. Products are neatly arranged, making it easier to find what you’re looking for. The clear signage and tidy layout contribute to a stress-free shopping experience, allowing you to quickly locate items ranging from groceries and toys to footwear and household goods.

I had listed the one in Shibuya but bumped into this one while exiting Dotonbori. Noons on weekdays should be a better option. If you're buying from the luxury section like wallets, handbags, watches, etc. you don't have to wait in the line. Pop out your passport and happily do some tax free shopping. Got a Citizen watch for a friend. The MK, Guess bags collection is pretty good. Also loved the Adidas backpacks. They have Omega, Versace, Seiko, Citizen, G-Shock, Casio available at good deals.
Tips for Non-Japanese: Written in English all over. Some items might have only Japanese detailing so Google Translate works. There are some cashiers who are not from Japan.

Being a Don Quijote is has a huge range of products, and everything you could possibly want/need. This store also offers tax refunds for foreign visitors to Japan

Unmissable stop for all things Japanese discounted for fast moving goods in the slow lane, particularly luxury items in this crazed materialistic world. Genuine luxury goods at more than 50% off. Many visitors are left baffled with this practice that undermines the snob level of fashion designs.

One of the best stores to buy gifts and pasalubongs. Sometimes there are rare items you can find. This place offers cheap prices versus the actual in store price. However, there might be stores where you can buy other items on even cheaper prices (like drug stores). I will definitely recommend this for those visiting on Osaka. Beware however, that this store gets VERY busy, even late at night.

Another donki store in the tourist packed area of Dotonbori. Quite a good place to search for souvenirs from Japan. You can find halal snacks (usually imported food), or locally by using Japan halal apps in your phone. They also have tax free items by bringing your passport. It has several floors and quite wide range of products.

I love this place so much! Gather everything in this place and get your tax refund. From food to cosmetic to luggages. I feel this outlet is not as crowded as the other one in dotonbori, so I prefer to shop here instead.

Always a fun and exhilarating experience shopping in all of Don Quijote's aisles and floors! It can get a bit overwhelming so pace yourselves!

This place sells everything from food to makeup to electronics to clothing. At cheap prices as well. They accept WeChat pay and foreign currencies, and even offers shipping to your home country.

A nice place to buy some products, especially electronics and sweets. I could buy a electric pot by a fair price.

If you want a specific thing that is sold out anywhere else, you go to Donki and pay a slight mark up there.

Convenient and this branch was less crowded.

They sold me a broken JBL Bluetooth speaker. I came back the next day without the original box and they tested it, checked my receipt, and gave me a new one in about 3 min.

I expected a hassle, but they were so great about it. Very satisfied.

This location is easier to navigate than others in the area, so it’s great if you are shopping for something specific. The floors are easy to get in and out. 10/10
