When you talk about service - ASICS in Osaka set the bar high! Great people working at the stir that are super friendly! I have now bought two sets of high end runners and have been so happy with my purchase - plan ok running Kyoto marathon on Sunday in my new shoes - thanks ASICS Team!

Very pleased with the Japanese hospitality and service here, esp from their team leader. Managed to perform their feet and gait analysis which ended with a personalised recommendation for shoes. Staff speaks english and accommodated my gaijin Japanese. They were really great at upselling too.

Family of 4 came on 13.6.2023 at 1800. Nice and friendly staff. Was served by young gentleman and soft spoken. We bought 2 pairs of shoes from him which he recommended. Thank you asics.

As all runners suggest, I had my foot measured before trying on shoes so at this store, they take a digital 3D image of your foot. It is free!
If you pay money, they will analyze your running style and if you pay more money, they can give you hints on how to runner better.
If you like running and high tech, here it is!

One of the flagship store with all inventory, this is the nearest store to me .. almost I have bought my every asics shoes from this store.

FOOT ID 측정하여 발 분석해준 후 추천 운동화와 싸이즈는 맘에 들었음.
지금까지 너무 타이트한 런닝화를 신었다는걸 깨달았음.
운동화도 한켤레 구매하고, 양말도 구매했음.

足形やランニングフォームを測定してもらえて、最適な靴やウェアを案内していただけます。
店員さんの知識が豊富で接客も素晴らしい。

한국보다 신발 종류, 색깔 종류가 다양했습니다. 점원분께 발 분석을 부탁드리면 바로 하게 해주십니다. 우선 신체정보와 목적 등을 양식에 작성하고, 양말을 벗고 양발에 스티커를 붙인 후 복사기 같은 기계에 발을 한짝씩 넣어 발 사진을 찍어 발 분석을 합니다. 발 분석을 마친 후엔 스티커 떼고 양말 신은 후, 러닝머신용 신발을 주시는데 그거 신고 러닝머신에서 달릴 때 발목관절 부분 녹화를 합니다.
녹화된 동영상을 보여주시면서 설명을 해주시고 이를 통해 러닝화 추천받았는데 저는 안정화 및 쿠션화 쪽이었고 한국에 없는 노랑 젤 큐뮬러스와 발가락 양말을 구매했습니다.
설명은 모두 일본어로 하시고 제가 일본어가 원활하지 않아 점원분이 고생하셨지만 끝까지 친절하게 설명해주신 점 깊이 감사드립니다.

足の測定もしてもらい店員さんの対応も凄く良く、メタスピードスカイとフジライト3をまとめて買いました。
店内もぐるっと色んなシューズで3回ほど試走させていただき満足の行く買い物が出来ました^ ^

エリートランナーむけショップと思って、なんとなく入りにくかったが、初心者でも全然問題なし。足形測定&ランニング測定をしてから、シューズ選びができ、納得の一足を見つけられる。デザインだけみてネットで買わなくてよかったと思えます。
