2015년 이전까지는 CU 편의점이 있었던 자리입니다. 특이한 점은 김밥집과 벽을 트고 운영된다는 점입니다. 김밥집은 편의점보다 훨씬 먼저 문을 닫지만, 벽을 터놓은 덕분에 김밥집의 빈 자리에서 구입한 식사나 스낵을 먹고 갈 수 있습니다. 버스가 잘 오지 않을 때 기다리기 좋다고 생각합니다. 한편 건물에 연결된 24석~36석 규모의 테라스도 있는데, 해질녘까지 등산을 마친 행락객들이나 주변 대학생들로 보이는 이들이 둘러앉아 담소를 나누고는 합니다.
