Gamcheon Cultural Village ART SHOP

Very interesting little village, Instagram worthy, though the bustling area is only one stretch of the place. You can venture into the nooks and crannies of various alleyways and discover cool paintings and houses.

Recommend you to try the hatteok sold there, it's absolutely tasty and cooked pipping hot.

There's always a long queue to take photos with little prince, and plenty of school kids around. You can also do the stamp thingy whereby you purchase a map and go around collecting stamps.

Easy to get to, just get to toesung station and get the bus up to the village. It's a green bus and we took no 2.

The village itself is very touristy but the are air of shops and sites to visit. I would try out the Korean food there and the view of the colourful village is outstanding.

Definitely one of the best places to see in busan

Gamcheon Cultural Village remain the building and cultural of Busan. We walked around the village, saw a lots of art pieces.

We also had a very tasty dumpling soup there.

Great place for taking Instagram worthy pictures. Lots of nice cafes to chill in too.

Beautiful place. Need to walk a lot

Perfect place for finding mural art, and so many cute architecture. And also have a great place for have a cup of coffee or finding unique accesories.

Really long walk up but it was worth visiting. Has a lot of great views and photo-taking spots, as well as snacks like deep-fried ice cream, fishcakes etc. However, the place can get very crowded. Should set out early, allocate more than half a day for the visit.

Excellent destination to spend a long afternoon exploring this unique cultural village. Would recommend buying a map and following the suggested path to collect all the stamps, then you will be able to visit all the keys sites. Allocate a good 4-5 hours to see everything properly.

Perfect for those who love to take photos. There are lots of scenic views and painted murals. Local shops sell artistic hand made items as well. Tips: if you take the bus here be prepared for steep up hill roads. We took a taxi to the top and walked down back to th bus stop to save our already aching tourist legs. If you don't like seeing people take lots of selfies then don't go here lol

Colourful town but quite a hike for the not-so-young ones

Picturesque village worth visiting and strolling the streets. Do go late afternoon, the night view is awesome.
Take a GIF photo book as a souvenir. Quite affordable.

Buy a tourist map at the information center and have fun wandering around the village exploring the various points of interest and collect stamps along the way. Free postcards on a couple of points of interest.

Easy access by town bus no. 1-1 from toseong subway station. Upon arrival get a map from tourist information centre which will guide you through gamcheon cultural village

It's a nice place to visit. Note that this is a long-walk-self tour but reaaally worth-it. If you buy the map and put the stamps on the map, i think there will be a souvenir for you

Interesting area with lots of special paintings and artworks. Better to go there before evening as the sightseeing tower would be close at 1830.

The place is beautiful and there's a game of stamp hunting for you to experience and explore this maze-like village.
