Not sure if it’s a MLB thing or a lack of training. 3 service staff available, and i observed (myself) and others testing out MLB caps etc. not sure the rush these service staff had, but everytime I (and others) tried, the service staff has a rush to keep taking it back and put back onto shelf.
Same even for shoes. It’s as if we have to choose and buy.
2nd MLB branch that I encounter the same though, probably the reason why outlet’s empty out quick in this busy fashion street.

This is the first time I go to MLB to buy something and write such a long comment about it just because of these unprofessional SAs of this store. I went to mlb around 8:00 tonight,
only a Korean clerk offered perfunctory service for a while.
The other three Chinese sales had been gathering and chatting. When I checked out, I heard these three Chinese sales abusing the last customer just because the last customer didn't buy what they brought out from the storage room. As I was trying on my hat, a Chinese shop assistant stepped right in front of me and blocked my sight from the mirror entirely. She just kept checking her makeup for nearly a minute, that makes my shopping experience very bad and makes my mood terribly awful.

Sales in China may think that they are already Korean 😂😂 There is a sense of arrogance there
