The best selection of figurines in seoul. Shop around and as online there are a lot of bad and good models. Friendly staff it covers the whole 9th floor and takes you 30 min+ to browse every mini store. Mall opens 10, but come after 11 due to some stalls are slow to open. They so not sell anime, manga or music but some plushies and mostly figurines.

Easily the best figures store I visited in seoul. I'd recommend visiting their website and show the staff what you want. Especially that they have more figures than they could ever display.

10-floor building with grocery store on the 1st floor. And starting from 2nd straight to the 8th, there're a lot of small stores selling new/used/old electrical goods. It has almost everything starting from cables and wires and ending with gaming stuff and goods for photography, like cameras and lenses. Good place to visit, because of their low prices for well-conditioned goods. But you have to be careful with bying, some of goods can be USED or OLD, so you better ask seller about it. Seller usually knows 10-20 english words, so you better use translator.
9th floor is a real weeb's heaven. A large territory with anime stores selling figures, badges, stickers, games, keychains and etc.
Can't say much about prices, because they're starting from 2000 won and up to 300.000 won, of course it depends on what you need.
One of the most common fandom here is a Love!Live! (Idols)...so, don't be ready to find something you want, but you have to attend this place at least once. IT'S NOT OPEN IN SUNDAYS!!!
