Great Olive Young. All around standard. Clean, large, and well-lit. They have a helpful staff and there's instant tax return for foreign passports.

Doohee the cashier from Gangnam branch gave us super service. She was very polite and helpful, so smiley and gives off positive vibes which made our day! We don’t have to ask for samples and she gave it to us for our almost 400k won of purchases. I had feedback to her that we bought almost 1.2 million won of products from Myeongdong flagship store in just 1 day and got no samples, we had to ask for it and was declined with a black face telling us they don’t have any samples to give, while other branches gave us without us asking! We bought almost 400k won from Gangnam store and Doohee was so kind enough to add in more samples for us to try! She even apologised on behalf of the bad service at Myeongdong branch. Really appreciate her good service! Thank you Doohee and I hope the management of Olive young will look into the service level at their Myeongdong flagship store! Please give Doohee a good appraisal and keep this valuable staff of yours! Thank you!❤

집근처라 이용이 편해요. 매장에 다양한 물건이 많아요. 행사시 득템~^^

점원분들이 상당히 친절하십니다. 품절된 상품도 문의하면 친절히 자세히 알려주시고 외국인 친구들 세금환급으로 마지막까지 미뤄뒀다 폭풍 쇼핑하는데 품절된 상품이 있어서 고생은 조금 했습니다. 다만 해당 품절된 상품은 올리브영 서울 다수 지점에서도 품절이었습니다. 단순히 품절이에요 입고 언제될 지 몰라요 라고 답변해주실 수도 있는데 바로 픽업 가능한 매장도 친절히 알려주시고 다른 질문사항도 친절히 답변 잘해주셔서 감사합니다. 친절에 감사합니다 덕분에 친구들이 한국에서 좋은 기억만 가득담고 귀국할 수 있었습니다.
