Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport

Small airport in which nothing is really missing. I like when small airports are not overcrowded, so people are not packed waiting at the security gates. Nothing of these here, it was a nice surprise

Good small airport, have personal people work here inside it's friendly I've already helped me and give me more information about going to city and touristic information it's very good people work at this place. Very friendly staff, good attitude towards foreigners, many interesting cafes, the cafe staff at the kiosks understand English, they have a very clear dialect without an accent, which surprised me, I can say that this is a very good airport, there are no homeless people, I really liked it here, so if you arrive here, you will be confident in you, they will not deceive you, nothing will be stolen, in general, I was very pleased with this airport

Smaller airport that’s quite easy to navigate. Buses arrive frequently, but make quite a few stops before getting to city center. Spent considerably less time checking in than other airports in capitol cities.

A comfortable airport with good facilities not too far from the capital city. There are bus connections into town which leave just outside the arrivals terminal.

Simple airport, easy to get where you need to go and quick to load the luggage return.

Nice airport, requires some more shops and restaurants but they're building and adapting it.

A convenient airport with many facilities working late as well. A massage chair is the best property though

Nice, comfortable airport, quick entry process, kind staff. In the newer terminal. Definitely not overcrowded. in the gate area only two shops (duty free and a gift shop) you will find and three coffees and restaurants upstairs. The business lounge is excellent, much better catering than anywhere else in the Western world.

It's so good I like it a lot there are many places to park and many seats

Beautiful airport, great people. All time ready to help in any questions.
Can change money and buying SIM card 24/7. Cheep price for coffee and some food. On the second floor of airport can find nice café with home food. At the first floor, front of bank with exchange money, must visit small shop with local souvenir and exactly magnetic for your collection. Behind, shop with SIM card.

Clear and tidy place. I had transfer in this airoport and spend no more than 20 minutes to get to the gate to the next flight.

Border control officers are pleasant. Baggage unloaded quickly. Ignore the men shouting "taxi" and use the Yandex app.

Nice airport and close to the city

This airport is relatively new. Was built for Expo2017 exhibition. There are 5 gates on second floor and 8 gates on ground floor. Small snack shop, very expensive, cozy small duty free shop. Nothing much to do. Interior is simple and wide

Well organized and maintained airport. A good number of border control cabins, clean toilets, enough space for not to be overcrowded. But truth to be told, there are no much flights, yet, at this point in Astana. Everything could change after broadening flight connections. The only weakness of the airport - scarced duty free shopping with only a couple of small stores. But again, the passenger turnover is low, that explains a lot.

Comfortable international airport in Kazakhstan's capital
