We booked a Villa for 8 people. The villa was very nice and clean. It had two rooms with attached bathrooms. Rooms were Air-conditioned and two mini bars and two hair dryers were provided. A TV with Dialog satellite TV connection, iron board with the iron, an electric kettle were also available.

Hotel atmosphere is really nice. They have a small but nice pool which his around 6~6.5ft deep in the deepest end. Has baby pool and kids pool as well.

Very satisfied with the service. Friendly staff. Room service also very good. Buffet is also very nice and tasty. And really worth for the money.

Superb reasonable price.. Stay one night experience was great. Pool have separated kids & baby pool.. Children's and babies can play safely... Only one complain not cleaned the tea cups of villa... Recormonded must visit again so private cool & calm place to stay..

This is great hotel i was stay with my family during visit Sri Lanka. They have really friendly staff. Nice clean hotel. Hotel rooms are really nice. Very large rooms, Air conditions bathroom. They have coffee and tea. Iron board. They provide breakfast. They have veriety of food. Clean kitchen pool garden.

This is Anuradhapura, 6 miles from Kuttam Pokuna, Twin Ponds, The Grand Leisure Village provides accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking.only thing i dose not like we not able to pay with credit card. It is really inconvenience during my trip.

Nice calm place for family. But the TV doesn't work. Complained several times but they didn't respond. Foods are average. Room charges are reasonable swim pool also included into the reservation. Constructions are going on.

Nice Wedding hall along with a beautiful Pool side and Few Rooms and outdoor seating are perfect for an evening hangout. Tasty Foods and Table services are great. Really enjoyed their service and foods.

I was staying with my family including 2 kids. Their support was really appreciating..have a clean well maintained pool and the breakfast was good. Recommend for familes specially. Rooms are clean and tidy. Just 10-15 minutes from Puja Nagaraya..ideal place with a friendly staff.👍

This is newly established tourist resort and wedding hall which close to the Anuradhapura city. The resort is equipped with standard swimming pool, reception hall and luxury rooms. Food of this resort are also very delicious. Staff also very hospitality and wish the resort a very best future .....

Very good place. Nice service. Good hospitality. So nice rooms. Very very good comfortable. Hot water, air-conditioning is good. Front desk is very helpful. Lot of care about gusts. Swimming pool and garden is good. If they have garden functions, they not disturb to hotel gusts. Breakfast is very good. Curry is so nice. Indiaappa, polsambola, alabhodi very good. WiFi also well. Price is cheap. 3 star hotel, good condition, nice location, not far to anuradhapura city best price. No hidden tax. I recommend to you, if you go to anuradhapura you must stay in this hotel.

Clam and decent place for family. Vilas make you feel you are at home. No TV was working. Gardern is with full of trees. swimming pool is well maintained . Parking facility is available. staff is friendly and helpful .

Such a great environment for families and couples, fiendly staff and impeccable toilets are the other reasons why we chose this location. We had an amazing time at the leisure village! We also organise a concert with the help of the owner.
