I'm not much of a 'leaving a review' kinda person but well yeah I'm here for it now..
Shopping at Dress Hub was the best online shopping experience I had through fb so far! The customer service is great, whoever the person that was in contact was so friendly, looked into my needs, and guided me through out my experience. It was my first time shopping at Dress Hub and seriously I'm so happy about it.. The clothes I ordered just fit into my size so easily, comfortable as heaven, beautiful designs, the fit - on looked so satisfying, well it's just perfect..!

They have a very good collection. Clothes are beautiful and very neat. Nothing wrong with their clothes, Express delivery and packaging is good but look out for the courier man. Just because he couldn't find the house he comes to the doorstep and shouts at me in front of the neighborhood. How embarrassing it is, besides I did pay for the delivery it's not free. When I complained through WhatsApp there's no response at all, Is this how you resolve issues? It's called ignorance. Courier man does not know what customer service is, find someone who does a better job. Not only he shouted at me even lied to me saying he called me and I didn't answer.
No point if you have a quality good collection if you'll don't know to deliver it properly. After sales service is important then only you'll earn loyal customers.
I like your clothes in fact I was thinking of ordering again but I have to think twice, because of the courier man. I don't want to get embarrassed again Do I ?
NOTE: They did resolve my issue and they did respond. So I'd give 5⭐ now.

Popular costume stall. Crowded place. Stuff seems of good quality and solid. Fashionable aswell. Mostly for ladies but for For kids a little collection. I noticed all local products in export quality HARMANKAYA brand.
