Waterfall and stream with a nicely built viewpoint near the main road. Access path to the waterfall also very picturesque and not a difficult path at all. Good place for a bath. Great views. Free Parking available for few vehicles near the main road. Not much crowded. Great place to relax.

Mini size water fall located near the main road. There is a ideal place for bath. It is very safe even for kids. As seen everywhere people who come to this place keep littering and this beauty will not last long. There is a short eats shop located near by this place and all its garbage is dumped near this fall

Kosgahadola Falls is located in Mulatiyana, Matara District. Its height is 3 meters. The source of the fall is from the Mulatiyana forest. It is believed that there was a monastery on the site.
Kosgahadola Falls is a popular waterfall in the area. There is also a short walk to the waterfall and an observation deck for better views of the falls. This fall, its natural resources have been spared the fate of the surrounding area.

Getting to Kosgahadola Falls

From Galle to Southern Expressway Get off Matara - Akuressa Expressway and proceed to Mulatiyana. From Mulatiyana Junction to Kotapola to find Kosgahadola Falls. Take a 2.5 mile ride.

Go up along the waterfalls.. You'll find more! ❤ No mud in water. Crystal clear. LKR 20 will be collected by Divisional Secretariat Office at the entrance. No dangerous/harmful animals near the area. Supportive people!
