Birds Park Resort

I took my wife for a surprise weekend away for her birthday.
The hotel was wonderful with its stunning, beautiful, and tranquil location.
The staff, food, and service were impeccable and are of a very high standard.
The manager, Nuwan, is super nice, professional, and speaks perfect English too.
My wife thoroughly enjoyed her surprise which put me in her good books for a while.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Was checked-in for one night! wished I had more. Awesome place with very attentive staff. The view from the restaurant deck was stunning, a shout out goes for the manager and the staff for looking after us. Definitely there will be a next time with Birds Park.

Had a wonderful stay there with the lush greenery, access is not quite good yet worth getting there. Sitting middle of a cascade, the view is spectacular with a welcoming staff. Really went extra mile catering us. Had a Sri Lankan breakfast and it was delicious. Good one cheers

Secondly I must thank Mr. Prasanna (the manager birds park) who is always with a smile. He is so kind, friendly, flexible and he is a plus mark for birds park I must say.
After dat I must thank Mr. Adhitya the person who gave us the service . he was superb young person who is so kind, cheerful, flexible and positive all the time. He also a plus mark for birds park.
Finally I want to talk about the food. It was superb. We are satisfied about the portion size and the presentation so thank u chef.

A hotel with a unique experience. The way they welcomed us was beautiful. Silent poetry is highly appreciated. The most delicious and beautiful thing I have seen is the food at the hotel, Chef Pethum. I made sure his food was very good. Kavin's diligent service was very important to us. The two rooms we got were very clean. A very fresh natural smell was felt upon entry. Kavin always tries to keep that hotel clean. As far as I can see, the poets gave us the best service. Come and spend your free holiday dream freely and beautifully.

Hard to not love this place. It’s one of the most peaceful places we visited in Sri Lanka, Very romantic if you’re with a partner. The hotel is easily the best in the area and the food is incredible.. service was fantastic manager prasanna and adithya very helpful and attensive, I can’t wait to return.

Nice Relaxing place , hotel arranged us a trishaw to reach the top since we came by a small car .Food , rooms and their service was commendable, Mr Nuwan helped us a lot by giving information to reach the property. We did shooting, cycling & a nature trail, highly recommend

What a great leisure time we had at Birds Park Nature, Polgahawela. We were stay 2 nights and 3 days. Rooms were comfortable, very clean and tidy. Food was superb. View was fantastic. Calm and quiet environment. Pool and natural water fall was amazing. There were lot of activities to do. Staff were super friendly. Special thanks to manager Mr.Nuwan. Definitely we will be back again.

We spent 1 night here in February. The location is very nice, calm environment. We had the room above the pool .The pool is awesome with one end having an infinite view. Very delicious food. Good service from the staff. They are very helpful and kind.The location is little bit difficult to reach. We enjoyed our weekend and recommended for anyone.

This is fantastic meditative place with wonderful hospitable staff, beautiful interior, excellent service and delicious cuisine. It's great luck that we ended up here. In this magical place you want to enjoy life, contemplate and take your time.

It's a beautiful place at a high altitude. It's really quiet. It would be great if the colors from below were made a little bit better. When coming in a 4WD vehicle

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very calm and quiet, which was great for taking a break. The staff was really friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The food was really tasty, and I had a great time eating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice place to stay and eat. It's a great place to relax and enjoy good food.

We spent 2 nights here in May 2023. It was more than worth for the money we spent. Food was delicious and portion was mire than enough. Complete 3 course meals were offered.
View was very calm and greeny. In May there was rainy climate. Natural pool and infinity view from there were eye catching

The location is very nice, calm environment. The team was so friendly and did a great hospitality. Clean rooma. Food was so delicious. Great place to travel. Recommend for everyone who are looking for a nature related vacation.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was fantastic, exceptional customer service and hospitality. Highly recommend for relaxation. Breathtaking view, amazing atmosphere and gorgeous pool area.You can go for a nice walk around the property. Extremely friendly staff. Perfect room and delicious food. Great place for a couple and family.

It was a great place to relax with my family. Rooms and food are of good value for money. Service was efficient and friendly. Place is highly recommended . One thing to remember though is to go to the location on a vehicle with a higher base since the road to the hotel is of quite a high altitude.

Pros: It's really a calm an quiet place location in the middle of a plantation(on the top of a hill). If you are visiting for the first time, I recommend to use a jeep instead of a car. Service is nice and friendly. Caretaker Nalin is very supportive and quick. Highly recommended for a weekend vacation. Reasonable price and meals are tasty and portions are more than enough.
Cons:
Rooms are not that sound proof. 😌
