Horrible second experience. First time colourisation was ok and I asked for the same. However, despite of the previous note in their system what was done in the same premise and an information I only did the root colouring with the standard 6 colour, my hair after the visit looked like a nasty rainbow of grey and yellow hair. I had to re-do myself it at home wth 8.1 colour to have a somewhat accepable look. I habe explictly explained I wanted my ombre redone the same as before without a yellow look and reserved a 3 hour long appointment to correctly apply a decolourant and then the colour but it was not respected. I definately recommend to stay clear from this place. I am not retourning ever again.
