Schickes Robert, succ. R. Wagner Sàrl

Recently installed a heating pump via Schickes and can say I am very pleased. Very professional service from start to finish. Great advice beforehand and an excellent team onsite for the installation and service. Would highly recommend them.

I would give Schickes 10 stars if possible. Schickes found a problem with our heating that another company (Team Schramm) overlooked for 3 years, while Team Schramm did the initial installation. see schrammexposed [dot] com for details. Schickes visited, and immediately found the problem and corrected it, and fixed other errors. Schramm was continually pushing for a service contract, even while the installation had serious problems. Schickes just fixed the problem and the installation is fine since April 2018 without revisits.

Je les ai contacté pour refaire les salles de bains dans un appartement où ils on installé une douche en verre rabattable sur mesure ainsi que des nouveau W.C.. Ils ont été très reactifs, étaient très sympathiques. Et ils ont laissé derrière eux un travail impéccable. Si ca serait à refaire, je les aurais contractés pour plusieurs autres travaux en plus. Je les recommande vivement.

Der Einbau der neuen Wärmepumpe wurde schnell, sauber Termingerecht eingebaut und läuft sehr gut. Die Inbetriebnahme war am 1. August 2023 und bis heute keine Probleme.

Nette Firma mit schneller Kontaktaufnahme, der Juniorchef sowie Herr Schaubert sind äußerst engagiert und meine Enthärtungsanlage wurde Zeitnah und fachmännisch installiert. Besten Dank!

Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous avons fait appel en tant que particuliers à la société Schickes Robert Succ. R. Wagner. Nous sommes entièrement satisfaits de la gestion des travaux par M. Wagner et par le professionnalisme des ouvriers. Le travail est bien exécuté et soigné. Il s'agit d'une entreprise fiable que l'on peut recommander sans hésitation.

Kreislaufumpe der Heizung defekt. Morgens gegen 8 Uhr angerufen um 15 Uhr lief die Heizung wieder. Das nennt man super Dienst am Kunden. Ausgezeichnete Mitarbeiter und immer freundlich beim telefonieren.

The advice for a heat pump was very professional.

Schikes was good until recently. Have a pressure going down, which they spent 2.5 hours checking but could not identify where is it coming from. As a result have to pay a bill of 200 just for presence without any result.

I gave them one star because no possibility to give none. Real bad work they did and they are not willing to fix it anymore.
