Excelente ubicación muy accesible, cuenta con maquina de sodas y papitas, tienen aire de pared para mitigar un poco el calor y los buses pasan muy seguido, además tardan menos tiempo en llegar

Los camiones se encuentran en muy mal estado, hace falta mucho mantenimiento mecánico y estético, el chofer que nos tocó manejaba muy rápido y sin precaución.

I would avoid taking this bus. I was going to take the bus from sayulita to Puerto Vallarta and found out that they only accept cash. I was short 20 pesos and the cashier said that I need to get more cash so I went across the street to the atm. When I came back she took the money that we had from my girlfriend and said that I had to pay three times the amount for wasting her time. She refused to give me my money back and told me to take it or leave it. I was going to try to talk to a manager or call the police but was running late to my flight. There is a reason this bus has bad reviews, the service is terrible and the staff are criminals. Avoid this place at all cost

A veces no te dan boleto por pagar el medio de estudiante, además dicen que los fines de semana no tienen el descuento de estudiante. Lo que se me hace muy mal porque en mi caso, utilizo 3 diferentes transportes para llegar a mi casa y aveces tomo estos porque es el primero que está ahí. Me gustaría que tuvieran un número para reportar ese tipo de cosas.

Los conductores se ponen a chatear y hablar por telefono mientras manejan y en carretera, aparte algunos van a exceso de velocidad, sienten que traen un coche deportivo

La atención al cliente es muy mala. Pedí el descuento de estudiante con mi credencial universitaria online en formato digital y no me lo quisieron respetar.
