Aria Ocean Flamingos Nuevo Vallarta

Such an incredible place! The location can’t be beat…safe, clean, walkable, close to excellent restaurants, grocery stores and activities. Walking distance to Bucerias which has lots to offer.

Everyone I met was top notch…Mostly Canadians staying here. We stayed in a great 2 bedroom but there are one bedrooms and studios as well.

Stayed in one of the two older buildings. The newest building (building 3) has rooms which are appointed beautifully. Building 1 and 2 the rooms vary in their aesthetics and how up to date the furnishings are.

Staff are always around and friendly ensuring you are having a good stay and checking bracelets to confirm that you are staying there. Gated entry into the condo which is great.

Best pool ever…super big and with it overlooking the ocean it was our favourite spot to be. Water was cold but it was the perfect way to cool off. Rarely busy in the pool. There is an another smaller rectangular pool closer to the ocean but it was often used by people with children.

The restaurant by the pool serves some good food and drinks throughout the day. Haliburton 2-4 pm each day. Fresh jugs of water available at the restaurant which they will bring up to your room for you.

Parking lot is being worked on as well as some of the common areas. Making the place even more beautiful.

The elevators in building 2 where we stayed, broke down a few times while we were there which was a bit of a pain.

Mostly adults there except on local holidays.
Would highly recommend this place for a winter getaway. Amazing community.

This is a great place to go on vacation. They (private owners and tenants) rent condos for varying periods of time. They have a huge infinity pool. They have a pool directly on the beach. You have access to the sea. Great views and sunsets every night. I highly recommend this place. It sits in a bay, where the mountain lines surround the sea on both sides as you're looking at the horizon. Sometimes, there are whales coming into the bay!

Great time time share it airbnb place. Suite I stayed in was great with 3 bedrooms and enough beds to sleep 11 easy.

Had great time there, stayed for 12 days, clean, safe and wonderful atmosphere and people including guests and staff.

Nice place to stay, had a great big infinity pool and a second by the sea. Staff very friendly and had green areas to rest too. Will be there for another time for sure....

The pools and the ocean as well we thoroughly enjoyed the units location as well as the Aria facility. The wait staff for the pool were courteous and respectful.

Amazing spot, great security, the pool is kept up really nicely. The pool is not heated but it is not bad. The view is great. The apartment we had was small but worked for our use. The balcony had a great view. It would be nice if there was a pool bar.

Loft and apartments with different owners,so I guess maintenance varies. The place we rented tower 1 apt 138 wasn't well kept, was rusty on faucets and overall not clean, dirty toilets,dirty sinks, dusty. There is one lady housekeeping that comes to check the apartment by check in and out,so not sure if she cleans other apartments,this was very dirty. Location is very good in Nuevo Vallarta, 2 big heated pools and another smaller with hot water more for kids. Has restaurant with decent food, the location is a resort type by the beach, so is very nice.No restaurants around as in in a complex area,takes 10 minutes driving to Bucerias(small town with beach restaurants) o 15 to Puerto Vallarta (with all kinds of places). Must look either arbnb or have a contact that can rent a loft as there is no main phone number of the place,there is no hotel service like everyday change towels or trash removal.

Beautiful pool, great view of the beach, great restaurant service! I only wish there was a common internet. Every room has to get their own. I'd take half a star if I could.

There’s not enough words in dictionary to express the views you can see from the entire Bahía de Banderas and Aria Ocean is no different. Every sunset is different and as my wife put it even the colorless one looks awesome 😎 👏

Tower 3 is beautiful, very modern apartments, clean, nice pool, gym almost ready, beautiful beach and the restaurant is good.
