tuve muy buena experiencia, muy amables las chicas en cajas y no tuve ningún problema, limpia la sucursal, no se por que tiene tanto comentario negativo pero bueno es recomendable esta sucursal en mi opinión

Muy buen banco , exelente servicio, muy atentos y amables , el servicio es rápido . En verdad hacen su trabajo.

I need a new debit card because the chip is not being read when making charges. I call the 800 #. After a 20 min wait I finally get someone who speaks english only to find out they can not help. They tell me to go to the branch inside the Mega shopping center in Bucerias.

The first thing I notice is the Scotiabank ATM machine is not working out front and there is a crowd of Gingos. The Machine had not been working since Friday and it is Monday. I walk in and there is a line 10 people deep for the cashier and there is only one cashier on duty. There is no one there to greet you or who speaks english. I look through the glass windows to my right and all four of the bank “executives” have their heads down and do not look up even though only two are with clients. I am trying to stay positive because all I need is a new debit card so I can spend my own money. I keep saying to myself this will be easy. I decided to wait in the line for the cashier. I know she can help. I take my place in the back of the line. Keep in mind I do over $1,000,000 pesos in business with this bank every month. After about 20 min I have three people ahead of me when I hear a customer asking to change USD cash for MXN. The teller apparently told her she can not change cash here if she does not have an account at the bank and that the exchange rate is 15.2 which is around 10% away from the market and the wost exchange rate in town. You can get a better rate and the cartel casas de cambio which is monopolized and only 5% away from the market which still is very bad. Then bizarrely i see a mexican guy who claims he is a frequent client at the bank go over and talk to her and says he can can change her money at that rate and proceeds to do so. This guy was at the bank to take advantage of the broken ATM and clients. Dirtbag. Finally it is my turn at the window after a 30 min wait.. I ask for a new card. Immediately the teller says I can’t help you. You need to go sign in on the sheet and wait you turn for an executive. LOL

Just to give you an idea of the level of greed this bank has. The typical salary for someone who works as a teller is around $11,000 / $440 pesos per day for 25 days. pesos and probably $15,000 / $600 pesos per day for 25 days for a bank executive.

One client changing $500 USD at their exchange rate makes the bank $800 pesos. This bank does not care about their clients.

Not only a review of this location but Scotiabank in general. Literally the worst bank I could possibly imagine. Somewhere else!

La duración de apertura de cuenta fue muy larga.
la señorita que nos atendió atendió a otra persona sin darnos explicaciones o aclararnos que entregaría una tarjeta dejándonos en espera un largo tiempo.
Llegamos 9:30 am y salimos a la 1:00 pm :/

Nunca hay dinero en los s cajeros. Y estando dentro del banco nadie te dice a dónde ir .te ven como bicho raro y ni siquiera te dicen ahorita lo atendemos. Nada muy mal servicio

Nunca contestan el teléfono, puedes pasar horas y horas llamando a la sucursal y no te contestan 👎🏼

Sin sistema de turnos y con sistema de favoritismos. Si viene un amigo del ejecutivo lo pasan y como si nada y a demás huele a pañal con buñuelos.

Pésimo servicio, mala atención de los cajeros. No recomiendo este banco y menos aún esta sucursal
