Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta

Krystal Grand saved our family vacation with a last minute booking from our escape from the previous resort we were staying at! From the moment we were greeted by the bellboys we felt like royalty! We were guided to check in at another part of the hotel where beverages and snacks were available. We arrived 4 hours before our room was available but were given our bracelets to have access to the resort amenities. Buffet was amazing, all of the staff were so friendly and spoke good English too! We had our 3 kids with us (12 & 2-8 year olds) and they had an amazing time too! This resort should be rated a 5 star! While staying here we started looking into booking our adult only trip in 6 months. This is by far our favourite resort we’ve stayed at between 3 others. Keep up the fantastic hospitality and service! Recommending this resort to all our friends and family and also strangers we sat next to on the plane and met in the airports.

The rooms definitely need to be updated. Had a problem getting into our room due to the batteries being dead in the lock. They advised it would be taken care of; we spent a few hours at the pool and came back to find it had not been fixed. Check out was very chaotic.

However, the pool, bar and restaurant staff were awesome. Marco was incredible. He made connections with everyone around the pool. Always smiling and there to help you.

Overall great vacation. Staff was amazing. Caesar with the entertainment staff was always checking in to make sure everything was good. Pools are clean and accessible for all ages. Grounds were beautiful. They just need to address issues with getting into alacarte restaurants and updating the lobby bar seating Take a bite coffee shop was a great addition to the resort with a Starbucks equal coffee menu and all kinds of special drinks and smoothies for the kids thanks to Luz. From the Concierge we had amazing service from Trinidad always happy

Our stay recently was fantastic! Caesar & entertainment team were the BEST part! It was a very fun and family friendly atmosphere. The water aerobics, games in the pool, the pool party and evening entertainment were enjoyed by our entire group! Drinks were yummy and the fish tacos for lunch were our favorite! The sushi at the Asian restaurant was so fresh! We would definitely come stay again. Thank you!!

We had a great time at Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta, the evening shows/activities were really good, the food is good, lots of activities for adults and kids, the whole place is very clean and the staff are all super friendly. I would recommend this resort. Caesar from the entertainment group was awesome and works really really hard at making your stay enjoyable and fantastic. Our granddaughter Ava had an absolute blast. Thank you everyone for a great week!!!!!!

My family and I were just there last week , no complains at all, it was our first time in Mexico.
Great place with an amazing view , room was very nice and clean. We enjoy the daily entertainment and the shows at night were fantastic. Special thanks to Cesar from entertainment who was great with my family , always checking up on us and making sure we had a memorable vacation, it’s for people like him that we will certainly come back here next year !
Kudos to the management for such a great asset.

Staff is fantastic. Friendly and always outgoing. Food has been great. Pools are great. Rooms are dated and need some work, but the beds are very comfortable. The restaurants could definitely use some upgraded furniture. Grounds are nice and kept. Housekeeping staff has done a great job. The ocean is great for swimming. Overall experience A#1 Looking at booking again.

Had a great time. We stayed there about a week ago and it was amazing, staff is great and the food was amazing.
Special thanks to Cesar from entertainment, he always make sure that we were ok. having a great time and well take care of.
It’s for people like Cesar that we will for sure go back to this place.

Had a great 3 weeks lazing in the sun, lazing by the pool reading and napping. Bel Air rep Oscar was super helpful with any issues we ran into. Concierge Marco made the time by the pool relaxing and stress free. Stephanie was always on hand for drinks.
Buffet staff were quick and attentive no matter how busy they were. Could always find something good to eat but found the pork and beef usually very over cooked and tough.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I had an absolutely amazing time at the resort this week! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special shoutout to Cesar and the entire entertainment team for ensuring that everyone, including myself, was constantly having a fantastic time. Their energy and creativity truly made my stay unforgettable. Can't wait to visit again!

Had a great time at Krystal Grand! Great location, great food, awesome pool, and great rooms! The swim up rooms are also super cool. We also really liked the entertainment they had while we were there. Also, a special shout out to Cesar S, who was awesome to chat with and great with the kids, he gave us some good laughs! :-) All the staff was very friendly and welcoming! Can't wait to come back! This is a decent place. My room was spacious and had a step-down living room. Our view was blocked, so we could only see the family pool. It's almost impossible to book a specialty restaurant due to limited availability. You have long lines to do so and long lines in the am, in the coffee shop.

The snack shops and bars have shorter lines. We had more food and drink than we could handle, so it was all good.

Absolutely loved our time at the Krystal Grand in NV! So much fun to be had poolside… extra props go out to Cesar for his energetic and entertaining ways! Book this resort… you won’t be disappointed 🎉☀👏

My second time here in this resort; beautiful weather. Marco is the best, any help you need and he is right there! What I would like to see is more hand railings going down to the beach stairs and in the washrooms for the seniors. Otherwise beautiful friendly people.

Just stayed here a couple weeks ago. Was a great time and everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to one of the entertainment staff Cesar the dude kept the good times rolling and really knows how to work the poolside crowd etc.

My partner and I had such a relaxing, wonderful time here for 10 days. The beachside infinity pool is the best! We watched dolphins and whales breach while floating in the pool!

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and made this a very enjoyable experience. Lizbeth checked us in and took good care of us. Itzia’s lovely smile and Antonio at the pool bar always made sure we had what we needed. Eduardo, Antonia, and Enrique and all the staff working their butts off in the buffet and restaurants were really appreciated. Efren is so lovely and smiley, making us laugh numerous times.

Everyone on staff works so hard all the time; they are constantly cleaning and tidying and making the grounds pristine.
They have activities for families every night & numerous things to do during the day, or opt out and lounge on the beach chairs as we did. We would return for sure!

We just spend nearly two weeks here and had an amazing time! From the check in the Altitude Club with Josephina and Marco, (loved the swim up room!), the hard working staff at the buffet and all the restaurants, housekeeping and the amazing ladies at the spa. Shout out to the stellar pool service from Enrique (and Adrian), and thanks for the good bye present ;) I'd like to give special credit to the entertainment staff including Carolina, Rafael, Ulysses, Gabriel, David and led by the charming Cesar S, who personally made an exceptional effort to make sure we felt welcome and that all our needs were taken care of. Cesar made sure we were aware of each of the nightly shows, (The Michael Jackson one was my favorite), including the big super bowl party and all the daily activities including water aerobics, pool games, darts & cornhole. My son also enjoyed the adventure friends where he could borrow a basketball, have his pool float blown up and got to feed the turtles. We can't wait to return!

Very nice and clean rooms. Excellent service. Fun amenities. Cesar helped was always very attentive, helping us with our needs and inviting us to activities. We really enjoyed their entertainment. The Food was very good too.

The resort is beautiful, we had a great experience here. Enjoyable food, drinks, and fun entertainment all through the day.

Around the poolside, look for Eugenio! He was incredibly helpful in recommendations for day trips, and assistance by the poolside for myself and my family.

Aditionally, the iguanas are so fun to watch when they come out mid-day.
