We brought our 7-year-old, who’d been struggling with a fever/sinus symptoms, to see Dr. Victor. We called and were able to see him just 1.5hrs later. His clinic was calm, clean and well equipped. He was thorough and had a kind bedside manner. He prescribed medicine and encouraged us to call with any worsening symptoms. A great experience - gracias!

I can't say enough good things about this small but mighty little "hospital" clinic and it's owner Dr. Victor Sainz! I was visiting my dear friend (both of us from the U.S.) when she took a horrific fall in a neighboring city. Bleeding profusely from the face we soon realized the "local" ER could not provide the extensive medical treatment required. They recommended Dr. Victor Saiz was ready and waiting for our arrival and immediately went to work resulting in 31 stitches and an overnight stay. In a new city and country he assured us American women we were safe and my friend would receive the medical care and follow-up attention she needed. He even offered me a sofa bed to stay overnight in my girlfriend's room and helped me make phone calls and motel arrangements if preferred. I have since left Mexico but my girlfriend is still there making the 1 hour trips to receive Dr. Sainz outstanding follow-up care. It was worth the arduous drive on that fateful day to receive the outstanding service this little all-inclusive clinic provided. Thank-you Dr Bictor Sainz and staff at the Santa Rosa Specialty Clinic in Bucerias, Mexico! You are simply the BEST!

Very good and profesional

Llegue con mucho dolor estomacal y el doctor victor y su staff me ayudaron mucho! me realizaron un ultrasonido,me trataron bien y estuvieron al tanto mientras yo me estaba recuperando, sin duda recomiendo muchísimo a doctor Victor y doctora Madeleine que estuvieron a mi cuidado.

Excelente doctor, doctor de confianza opero a mi hermano de una quebradura de pie y de mano y todo excelente después a mi mamá la trato y la operó para quitarle la colostomía y todo a sido excelentemente bien y desgraciadamente volvió a operar a mi madre de nuevo por quebradura de mano y al parecer todo va bien es un excelente doctor cualquier duda te la hace saber y te resuelve sin problema el mejor doc

Dr. Victor es un buen doctor. Un dia fui con un Corte Malo en mi dedo. Honestamente me cobro lo que SE Tenia que Pagar. Un hospital CERCA me quizo cobrar 1,500 dolares por Cinco puntos! Me quicieron explotar por SER extranjero. Feliz Ano Nuevo Dr!

El Dr. Víctor muy atento resolvió todas mis dudas mientras estuve hospitalizada por dos días, los cuartos están muy bien equipados y todo el personal muy atento, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
